You walked out of school,bags in hand and a spare lunch bag for your mom,who had the unusual job of working in a mental asylum at the top of a very steep hill on the outskirts of the town you grew up in. "You sure you're gonna be alright (Y/N)?" Swan asked as she hugged onto you tightly,she looked down at you like her little sister. "I'll be fine,the guards are highly trained and fully equipped anyway so I'll be fine." You explained with a simple smile,hugging your lifelong best friend tightly. The long necked feathered girl understood your reason but placed her feathered wings on your shoulder. "Well I'm coming with you." She announced outright and walked alongside you towards the asylum to deliver your mother's lunch bag.

After 30 minutes of walking,you and Swan finally made it to the building,which gave off a freaky vibe. "Let's be brave Swan." You said before the two of you walked into the building, wondering down a long corridor but you caught the eye of one of the patients,who immediately ran to his cell window,made of the strongest glass. "Hey there...you're really pretty." He said with a twitch,his long white fluffy ears bounced with his twitches. Swan held onto you as she got scared,her feathers nice and fluffy. "Uuummm,th-thankyou?" You said back in a shaky voice before a security guard and your mom came down the hallway. "That's enough Rabbit!" The guard barked at the crazy Rabbit,who obeyed his orders and mouthed the word 'sorry love at you, calming down and sat on the padded floor of his cell,cross-legged and tilting his head adorably. "Sorry about that sweetie,he gets way too overexcited when meeting new people but he has really gotten better at keeping himself calm and isn't as violent anymore." Your mother said as she kindly took the lunch bag from you and giving Swan a loving hug. "When does he get released?" You asked your caring mom,who looked back at Rabbit who, whilst remaining calm, placed both hands on the window,an innocent smile on his face, whiskers twitching. "He actually gets released today...the poor boy has nowhere to go so you may have a new roommate with you." She announced,letting you look at the happy Rabbit,smiling at him whilst Swan still felt uncomfortable around him. "Thankyou thank you Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!" He squealed and began jumping up and down, which caused his red eyes to glow a bright red.

After a couple hours of interacting with him,the guard unlocked the glasses window door of Rabbit's cell,he immediately ran towards you and hugged onto you so tightly. You giggled and smiled happily at him,walking him out of the asylum towards your house,Swan was staying at your house for a sleepover.

Rabbit looked around his new home,smiling at his new surroundings,sitting on your bed as you played cards with him. "So this is your room?" He asked curiously,twitching a little as well as his whiskers. You nodded at him..." Yes it is and I'm happy to have a new roommate so I'm not lonely anymore." You chuckled,reaching over and gently scratching his ears,making him melt like putty in your touch,leaning in to your hand and hugging you. "Like that?" You said with a mischievous grin,to which Rabbit nodded. You continued to gently scratch his fluffy white ears gently,which made Rabbit wiggle his hips under your touch from how sensitive he was to having his ears rubbed in certain spots. "Keep doing that....p-pretty please." He begged as he sat in your lap and you obliged, continuing to rub his ears gently with care.

After a while,you stopped and lay on your pillow, falling asleep within minutes whilst Rabbit sat on your lap,staring at the ceiling before he also began nodding off.
