"What do you mean it's back?!" You yelled at your partner and mentor. Panic and disbelief making your blood feel cold.
"I didn't fully wipe it out apparently. "Cosmo mumbled and hissed something under his breath.
"We do not have time for bickering...
She coughed having been leaned against a ruined wall.
A tall male stood before her, cackling and examining his hands, "Finally... I'm BACK. "
"Y-Y/n will stop you! Y-you liar!" She snarled, clutching her stomach.
"Me? A liar? My dear Melody.. I didn't LIE" Glitch grinned, half of his face behind what he made into a mask.

His green eyes held the red tint several characters around had. The ruins of the Mushroom Kindom scattered around his feet, "I kept my word. I didn't kill them."
"You did!" She wailed back
His black hair kept glitching to white and black, "But I didn't! I DIDN'T BREAK FREE WHEN THE SWORD HIT HIM!" He laughed, "YOU WERE IN CONTROL THEN! YOU SWUNG THE SWORD! YOU KILLED COSMO!"
Melody recoiled.
He was right... She had broke free from his grasp then... That was her movement when Cosmo ran forward to protect his friend...
Her face paled terribly.
"See? I never touched them and now, thanks to you.." He indicated the remains of the castle and his new form, " I have enough souls and power to finally take what was rightfully mine!!" Glitch cried, looking less sane than ever.
His eyes flashed a menacing red like the game characters around.
Melody yelped as a Charizard landed nearby, its eyes mimicking Glitch's.
"Now I can't let you run around warning ANYONE."
Her eyes widened in fear as several others moved forward now.
"I've waited for too long for this to fail again and you, or any other human, cannot stand in my way like HE did! You have my most heart felt thanks." He grinned as shadows moved forward.
"Thank you for giving me the key!"
Darkness met her sights.
