~part 2 of history~
"Mr. Jones there is someone here to see you." FP's secretary says through the speaker phone.
"Umm send them in." Fp says not looking up from his paper. He hears a gentle knock on the glass door but before he has time to look up he hears the voice of the last person he expected.
"Hey stranger."
"Al?" Fp says getting up from his desk and goes to offer her a seat on one of his couches in his office and then offers her a drink but she refuses.
"What's up? How are you is everything okay?" Fp starts to throw questions at her as it's been a while since they have seen each other.
Alice nervously chuckles and then starts to talk.
"Well Ive been good, Umm I canceled the wedding." She confesses.
"Why?" Fp asks concerned.
"Well I had this feeling that it wasn't right and I just I didn't want Hal." She looks down to her fingers.
Fp could sense she needed a hug to he moves even closer to her and hugged her as she starts to cry into his shoulder. He just continued to rub her back and whispered good things into her ear.
"What's the matter Al?" Fp asks again still in the hug.
Alice pulls out wanting to see his reaction.
"I-I'm I'm pregnant." She says and sees the colour drain from his face and she starts to cry even harder.
"Am I the father?" He asks and she just nods unable to speak.
"It's ok Al. We will be ok. This baby will be loved so much." He says putting his arms around her as he tucks her into his side letting her release all the emotions she is feeling. But Fp he can't help but smile. He never though he would ever have kids because he could never find the right girl but it turns out she was right under his nose.
"How far along are you?" Fp asks pitting his hand on her stomach which makes her heart swell up and she smiles.
"I'm not sure I have an appointment tomorrow here at an OBGYN." Alice says wiping her tears and potting her hand on his.
"Well I'm coming." He says smiling at her.
"I wouldn't have it any other way. Fp."
"Yeah?"
"I love you. I want to raise this baby with you, together." She says staring at his eyes and moving down to his lips then back up.
"I love you too Ali." He says and they finally bring their lips into a kiss that is not related to a casual hook up but is out of their confused love for each other. For the rest of the afternoon Alice and Fp just cuddles talking about their appointment tomorrow.

Alice and Fp were sitting in the almost empty waiting room holding hands and Alice is bouncing her leg out of nervousness.
"Alice Smith?" A nurse asks
"Right here." Fp says and they both get up to follow the nurse into the room.
"Ok Mrs. Smith just change into this gown and then you can wait on the table.
"Could you help?" Alice asks Fp to unzip her from her dress and help her tie up the back of her gown, Alice then sits on the table waiting for the doctor.
They sit in silence waiting for the doctor; both too nervous to talk.
"Hi I'm Dr. Song. You must be Alice." She says shaking Alice's hand.
