"Al look what I found for the baby when she comes home from the hospital!" Fp says running into the house seeing Alice sitting on the couch with a bowl of ice cream balanced on her belly.
"What are you doing?" Fp asks look at her funny.
"Seeing if my belly is big enough to balance a bowl."
"Is it?"
"No almost but hopefully next week when I hit 32 weeks I will be. What did you find?"
"Ooh Yeah look." He take a tiny white onesie out of the bag and flips it over to show her. It has writing that says "looks like Netflix's and chill went a bit too far."
"Fp!" Alice says laughing at what it says.
"I love it and our peanut is going to look so cute in it." Fp says sitting beside her.
"So how have you been today? Is out girl doing ok?"
"We are doing just fine. Except my feet have been killing me since I tried and stuffed them into my stupid heels." She says making a face just thinking about how swollen they are.
"Here prop them up on my lap." Fp says and Alice turns so she's lying down on the couch and has her feet on FPS lap. He smiles just looking at her as she stokes her belly and closed her eyes.
She was just about to dose off when the door bursts open with a vey pregnant Betty and Jughead trailing behind.
"Still no baby?" Alice asks looking at them.
"Nope. I have been on like 5 walks today and nothing." Betty says very upset that her baby won't come out already. She is now 1 week past her due date.
"Aww sweetie I'm sorry." Alice says wrapping her arm around her daughter.
"So how are you boy?" Fp asks his son
"I'm good I'm actually kinda glad the baby is a little late, I mean don't get wrong I hate seeing Betty in pain but it's been nice to have one more week just to get everything ready."
"Yeah. We really are lucky huh ." Fp says smiling as he sees Alice and Betty asleep on the couch.
"Yes we are."

It's 1am when Alice wakes up having the need to pee, which was a often occurrence durning pregnancy. So she moves to the washroom and then goes but after that she feels a sharp pain in her stomach. She tries to just ignore it but a few seconds and it comes back again stronger and burning.
She walks into the bedroom a hand holding her belly tightly having a feeling that these are contractions but that thought absolutely terrifies her.
"Please don't be coming a bay girl. Your not ready and god knows I'm not." Alice says to her belly has she moves to wake Fp up.
"Fp. Baby, get up." Alice says shaking him awake.
"Huh what? What is it Alice?" Fp asks turning on his light and seeing her scared face
"I-I think my water broke and I'm having contractions." Alice says and Fp is up in an instant.
"Ok- ok we should go to the hospital." Fp says trying to act as calmly as he can but inside he's feeling out but need to stay calm because it's visible Alice is freaking out.
"But- I'm- I'm only 32 weeks. It's too early. She's not ready!" Alice says and Fp can see the tears hat are forming in her eyes so he brings her into a tight hug.
"Al listen too me. She may not be full term but that's ok. She may not be ready but that's ok. You did everything right ok. And she's our girl she's going to be strong so we know she can handle this." Fp whispers into her ear as he hears her light sobs and it breaks his heart.
