"Ahh no you can't. Don't touch me!" Alice screams as Edgar is pulling her away.
"No sister Alice we need to ascend and don't think I don't know about the work you have been doing with the FBI. No one is going to be able to find you once I'm done. Not that anyone would care about your sorry ass anyways. I mean your son was willing to put you at risk for his job not to mention your daughter who left this horrible place the second she could and didn't even try to help you out." Edgar says slowly breaking her down.
"No stop it I am loved."
"By who? Your precious jonesy ? Please." Edgar rolls his eyes
"No I am loved. I am they do care and their coming to find me!" She has to keep reminding herself that.
"Alice." She hears Edgar says but the more times her name is being called the more she can hear the voice change into something familiar and that's when she opens her eyes to see Fp beside her sitting on the bed.
"It's ok. Your ok." He whispers into her ear as he hugs her.
"He.. he was dragging me and wouldn't let me go. I- he kept saying I wasn't loved." She says as her face is dug in his shoulder she tears slowly going away.
"You are loved so much don't ever doubt that...ok?" Fp asks
"Ok." Alice responds and they fall asleep with Alice lying on FPS chest.

This went on for a while Alice would wake up in the middle of the night scared and sometimes she would be falling her arms around and kicking and one night the punches Fp right in the face effectively waking him up.
"Fp we need to help her. I mean you have a black eye maybe it would help if she talks about her experience." Betty says getting Fp ice for the eye.
"I know but I don't What her to get hurt betty. I love her so much. I can't see her go through the pain." He says getting tears in his eyes just thinking about what she could have been through."
"Well we could have her go to someone?"
"No no I need to help her through this. It's ok I'll talk to her in the morning. That's for this too. Maybe you could take Jug and JB out tomorrow and I can have a day with Alice?" Fp asks
"Yes, That would be great actually." Betty says
"Good night mr Jones. Eh sorry Fp." Betty says
"Good night Betty. We might not be a wake when you guys leave."
"Ok and thank you again. For helping my mom. I know she really loves you." Betty says and walks upstairs soon after Fp follows.
He gets back into bed and soon after Alice cuddles into Fp again.
"Where did you go?" Alice asks her eyes closed.
"To get ice." He says
"Why?"
"Well you sorta punched me in your sleep." Fp says and Alice shoots up.
"What? Fp?" She turns the light on and see his eye a little red.
"I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry baby." She says and he can see that she is now making her self feel horrible.
"No it's ok. Baby you were having a nightmare it's not your fault. We can talk about it in the morning for now let's just sleep." He says bring her back in his arms.
"Ok. If your honestly ok." She says closing her eyes.

It's the next morning and Fp is downstairs making breakfast for the two of them when he hears Alice come down the stairs.
She is wearing one of FPS flannels and some pj pants. She walks up to him and then hugs him from behind then turns him around to look at his eye.
"I'm sorry. Again." She runs her fingers gently against the light bruise.
"Al it's ok. I'm fine see I'm tough." He says wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Now lets have breakfast. And then we can cuddle and watch a movie. Ok?"
"Sounds perfect." She smiles into his chest and then moves to go to the table.

They spend the da laughing, kissing, cuddling until Fp finally decides to talk to her.
"Al what happed at the farm?" Fp asks
"What?" She asks looking up at him because they have never talked about it.
"Your nightmares I think they are because we haven't talked about it what happened."
"Nothing happened I almost died end of story."
"Alice come on please I know it will help."
"No you don't! You wanna know what I went through. First the love of my life tells me that I'm nothing! Then I get caught as the mole so freaking close before the case was done and then I was like a human sacrifice. They torched me! Starved me! A almost died more times that I can count!" She now has tears running down her face. Her eyes all puffy and when Fp moves to hold her she just pushes him back and walks off.
"Alice. Please come back." He says following her.
"No. I told you I couldn't talk about it. But you kept pushing. That's all you do! And then when your done you just keep pushing until you push me away for good! I can't talk about this so you need to go. I need you to go please."
"Ok I can sleep on the couch tonight too. And I'm sorry Alice. I really am." He says with a sad face that breaks her heart.
