"Alice." Fp says walking beside her as she is walking down the stairs of the law firm.
"Fp go away I don't want to talk to you." She says
He has been trying to get her to talk to him everyday since their date.
"Alice please. For 5 minutes."
"No. Fp I'm working."
"Fine but you should know that I'm not giving up. I'm never giving up Al." He says smiling as he leaves to go to his office. Alice tried to hide the smile appearing on her face and walks to leave the firm . Maybe she should give him a chance it would also give her the time to tell Fp about their daughter

"Hello?" Fp answers the phone call late at night.
"Fine we can talk." Alice says through the other line.
"But I also have something to say and you have to promise not to be mad."
"I won't be mad. When do yo want to meet?"
"Can you come over now." Alice asks not reasoning the time.
"Al it's 10:00. How about tomorrow."
"Ok fine." She has a big smile on her face as he says his old nickname for her.
"Night Al."
"Night Jones."

It's the next day and Alice is waiting for Fp to arrive. She is starting to get nervous about what he's going to say and how he's going to react to her news.
She starts to bite her nails and then the door bell goes off.
"Hey." Alice says as she opens the door.
"Hi." He moves to hug her and Alice has missed his touch so much and digs her head into his shoulder. Letting her guard down and letting him in.
"I'm sorry Al. I'm sorry that I left you. I'm sorry that I hurt you. I've loved you since we were 12 and I hope you will forgive me. I love you Al so much and I have regretted leaving you since I did it." Fp says as she slowly lets out of their hug.
"I love you too, but I don't think you will after when I tell you this."
"What is it Al?"
"Do you remember after when we broke up I came to you to talk about the time when we were in the closet. And you said that I needed to move on." She says trying to keep it together.
"Yeah."
"I was coming to tell you that I- I was pregnant." Alice says and sees the colour drain from his face.
"Wait. So- Flora. She's mine?!" Fp asks shocked
"Yes. It tired to tell you but you wouldn't hear me out. You told me to move on and it hurt me. My heart wants a broken. That you didn't want me and had no problem saying it. You told me like 3 times that day that you didn't want me. I didn't want you to stick around with me just because if the baby."
"Your right."
"What?" Alice asks not understanding why he's being so forgiving.
"I was an ass to try back then and I don't blame you for feeling this way. But I do hope I can get to know Flora and hope to finally be with the true women I love."
"Thank you." Alice says as she hugs him once again.
"For what?"
"For not hating me."
"Trust me when I say I will never be able to hate that pretty face. Your my girl." Alice finally makes the move and concerts their lips. They were finally a family. Flora finally had her dad and Alice finally had her jonesy. And Fp finally had his Al.
