TIMINI'S POV
Shutting the door of my bedroom not-so gently behind me. I dropped the pieces of clothing with me on the tilled floor- the suit and tie that I had taken off earlier.
Sighing deeply,I walked across the big space of my room to my king sized bed and slumped my weight on it.
I was incredibly unthoughtful and I felt deeply irritated about myself.
Remembering the way I was literally gawking at the girl downstairs was so wrong, I made her feel uncomfortable at some point and that wasn't me.
I don't go around staring at girls to the point that I get lost. Especially girls I just meet for the first time.
Wondering what got into me to indulge in that kind of strange behavior, I groaned and let myself fall back into the softness of my bed.
Maybe it's because she's the most beautiful girl you have ever laid your eyes on.
And being the selfish and lost fool I was, I let her feel uncomfortable at some point that she couldn't even look me in the eye without biting her lip- luscious lips nervously.
A sudden shiver rushed down me and I groaned again without knowing it.
Leaving work early, tired and irritated but looking forward to spending the rest of the day with my little sister. I was expecting to see a very bored Sharon, or at least she and Mrs Yetunde together, instead i saw she was pretty occupied with someone else and they were together, in my dining room.
They seemed to be laughing at something as I walked in and even though I didn't want to disturb whatever they were talking about, I was quite curious about who the new company was.
I made myself known by voicing out exactly what was at the tip of my tongue and when they both heard my voice, they turned to face me.
I was about to smirk at the shocked expression on their faces but my smile wavered a bit before vanishing when my eyes landed on the girl beside her.
The supposed girl standing with her looked up at me with shock coursing through her wide eyes.
I barely heard Sharon's reply to me and my legs felt rooted to the floor as I found it hard to think of moving or even any other thing as I stared, lost in her eyes.
That wasn't what only stopped me in my tracks. It was the intensity with which she was looking at me.
There was a combination of shock, nervousness, a hint of familiarity and that made me question if we had met before. Because she looked pretty familiar to me.
And no, it was still not only that. It was her.
To me, she was the most beautiful girl I had ever laid my eyes on.
Yes, she was a bit normal looking from her dark eyes to her normal black hair and fair skin. But there was a beauty hidden inside of her that was glowing innocently, waiting patiently to unravel itself.
Judging from her innocent, shy eyes she was absolutely oblivious to her allure which only made her more attractive.
My mouth felt dry and I licked my lips, clearing my throat gently. I noticed I was still standing by the doorway staring at her and all I could think at that moment was to cross over to wherever she fucking was and pull her into my arms.
And then demand why she was causing such strange feelings growing inside of me.
I almost growled under my breath when she looked away from my gaze to Sharon with whatever question she asked her.
