Me and the kids was downstairs in the lil in-house gym ke had built in here kairi had her tablet since it was tablet time for her and yosohn was playing with his cars as for kyla she was in her swing napping so all was good

I finished on the treadmill and went to the punching bag I put wrap on my hands and then my orange boxing gloves and went at the bag like crazy I had a lot of pint up anger in me and it felt good to find a way to let it out

I went at the bag for like 40 minutes and I crashed on the workout floor I sat down drinking some water and I unstrapped my waist trainer I started back working out so I could get back to business when I needed to but for now I was gonna be at home mostly doing work in the house and small photo shoots in the house

I stood up and picked Kyla up in the swing and we went upstairs

I sat kyla down on the kitchen counter and fixed the seat so I could see her I washed my hands and made her a bottle just in case she woke up

He walked over there and I decided to make them some nuggets and fries and I'll eat a chicken salad or some fruit
Somebody knocked on the door and I laughed cause I took Kenen key yesterday so that could only be him

I walked to the door and opened it up seeing him standing there with three Walmart bags

He walked straight to the kitchen and sat the stuff on the counter

Shhh mommy baby"I said and sat her bottle in a small pot of water and let it sit for a lil bit I felt and seen it was a lil warm so I took it out drying it off and she started screaming

I walked to the stove and seen the nuggets was done I took them out the pot and took the fries out the oven and made them a plate

Yea"he replied and I made him a plate and then made my salad

They came and sat down and I sat they food in front of them and took the tablet from kairi and put it in the cabinet along with yosohns tablet and poured them some juice and gave it to them

I put some dressing on my salad and put the nuggets in it and sat down on one of the stools eating my food

I heard ringing and I looked and seen ke phone ringing I picked it up and seen this same Maria girl. I rolled my eyes and let it ring out
