So she sat nearby just to hear him.. That curvy smile of his could make one's day (one's as in the girls 😉) lost in her own world along with him she just imagined him and her in the canteen! She was snapped out off her wonderful dream by Raima, who was constantly trying to poke Maya about Natasha and Rehan's relationship!
R: dekho.. Dekho how she is holding his hand in front of everyone! Kuch sharam hai ki nai…
Maya was already annoyed by the fact that she isn't the girl along with Rehan! And to top that Raima's constant commentary was annoying her.. She felt like just to walk away from there or yell at her (as it was just making her more jealous of the fact Natasha is more close to Rehan than her!)
M: bas kar Raima (with an irritating expression with a bit of anger and frustration in it!)
R: why are you getting worked up at me… I'm just stating facts.. Waise bhi who would tell Rehan would turn out this way… Anyway leave it! Kuch khaye gi?
M: Hmmm….bhook toh lagi hai… (she was still pondering over the questions she has about Natasha and Rehan, she wanted to ask him as he was in a real good mood, but…)
While Natasha was hungry and wanted to eat something and Rehan very well knew her and her hunger.. Making him smile and giggle!
N: Has kyu raha hai tu? 🤔 What's so funny? Kuch likha hai yaha pe?
R: kuch nai (with that notorious smile of his)
N: jooth maat bol… You and your inside jokes, jo hamesha tere jaise boring and poor hote hai 😏
R: kya bola tune? Mere jokes poor hote hai and boring bhi!
N: Haan… Kyun Rehanji ko gussa aa raha hai kya?
R: gussa aur tujhe pe… HAHA uske liye you need to be my friend na…!
(he knew this would make her anger and annoyed)
N: what did you just say? 🌚I'm not your friend? Important Nahi hu Tere life mein me? Did you just have the authenticity to say that 😑
R: sach bola mein! Bhukkad aatma…
N: So Mr Rehan Banerjee I'm not your friend! Not that important to you as well… then why would you care if I'm hungry or angry?
R: dekh moti, tujhe Kya suna hai wo bata? That you are important in my life and you are my friend?
N: first of all stop calling me moti 😶upar se ek baat samajh le tu.. I don't care about what people think but when it comes to you.. I'm different, get one thing clear I'm your friend and only best friend.. Agar wo jagah kisi ko di na 🙄
R: oh lord I'm scared… But on a serious note teri jagah aaj tak koi nai le paya hai and none shall take and even you know it.. Meri pyaari moti… tu meri special case samjhi… 😅 😂
N: acha acha thik hai.. No more senti talking I'm hungry…
R: pata hai….hum canteen mein hai… tujhe Pata hai na?
N: yes dumbo I can see that… Kuch laa mere liye…
R: oh hello… You are hungry! you go and get something.. I'm not going to get you anything… Khud ka kaam khud kar 😎
N: how rude! Thik hai mein aati hoon…
While rehan sat there waiting for her,Natasha and Maya finally came face to face for the first time… 😅
Raima and Maya looked on, while Natasha ordered for her food and even for Rehan…!
M: hey! I'm Maya Kasshyap (extending her hand towards Natasha with a bright smile)
N: hey I'm Natasha Malhotra
While Raima just stood there looking! While the two girls conversed briefly as their order came..
M: So you are new here? Kahan se aayi ho?
N: yup, just shifted a few days back… I had been to UK for a while but came back as I missed my boyfriend 😉
M: boy...boyfriend? Kon
N: wo khadoos Mr Banerjee
(Natasha knew that these girls were here for gossip and she gave them that)
M: Kon Rehan? (she was in shock to know that piece of information which she wanted to be fake)
While Raima was in total shock to just process what she heard!
N: Haan.. You guys didn't know or what?
M: nai.. Nai wo actually…
Before she could speak Natasha cut her off!
N: oh yeah! He is an introvert, usko ye sab PDA pasand Nahi hai..
Before there could be any reaction Natashas order had already been made!
Before she left...
N: hey it was great meeting you, see you around!
M: hmm.. Yeah….. Yeah! You too 🙂
(With a smile that had hurt and jealousy in it!)
As Natasha came near the table along with food, she had that mischievous smile and Rehan knew she had done something that she is proud of and he is going to get into trouble! Before he could ask she asked him to just play around for a while and she would explain him everything afterwards!)
R:tune kya kiya wo to bata de?
N: just play along na.. Please (as she whispered in his ear)
(While others around were in shocked to see, what they had just seen)
He nodded his head reluctantly!Natasha held his hand and just acted, with Rehan reluctantly playing around!
After a while of this act, Maya who thought it was real like others was hurt and angry with no surprise she was jealous even more than before! Almost she would just explode like a time bomb!
Rehan quickly saw the time, while Natasha acted weird with all this sweet girl and cuddly things, which is opposite her nature as well as his!
He politely asked her if she has finished her grub!
And she nodded and smiled, holding his arm around her… Before they exited the canteen…
Now the piece of information that Natasha had imparted with Maya and Raima, as well the play that happened in the canteen was talk of the town! Everyone was just talking about it, but none had the courage to ask Rehan or Natasha..
