The Line Between Us!

All he could was her laughter and her friends calling someone “poor guy has no clue about it!” 

He was not curious to know whom and what as that wasn't any of his concern! All that mattered to him was Maya was smiling! He went away from there so she could be with her friends! While she was busy with telling them about her so far success! But told them to wait and watch for the climax as that's going to happening soon! 

As she made faces about Rehan and told them that she didn't even consider him as an friend also but he was behaving as if he is her best friend! 🙄

After a while, Maya started to search for Rehan.. As he wasn't seen anywhere! She tried to call him but couldn't find him! As she turned around to see he was sitting on the table and all the girls were around him! Something in her say, “Jaao he needs you!”
Forgetting everything she went over there to see he was having a gala time with the girls and she pestered him to come along while he refused!

R:  kyu par? Anything wrong?
M: nothing wrong! I just wanted you to...
R: you to what Maya? Dekho tumare phele ye sab meri friends hai... So you can also join us come!
While Maya felt uncomfortable seeing them havering around him! While one of them touched his arm making her furious! But she didn't know why was she? Wasn't this just a drama to humiliate him? Then why!
Some questions were answered while others had to wait!

She got furious further as he didn't give her any attention! She just went near him and dragged him by his hand along with her! Surprising Rehan the most!
R: Maya tum thik ho na? What's wrong with you?
M: (shrugging off her hand from his) ha.. Ha muje kya hua hai...
R: tum kuch zada hi weird behave kar rahi ho... They were just talking and chilling with me.. Why are you acting up weird? Kuch hua hai kya?
M: ha mein dekha.. But still I wanted to talk to you bas.. Kuch.. Bhi to nai...
She had no clue of what was happening with her! The possessive behavior that she showed for Rehan was unusual! As Rehan went to get drinks for them!
As he went, her friends asked her about her concerns to which she just shrugged off and spoke to them about something else!

After a while Rehan had go to meet Pari his music buddy! He was hell excited about the meeting! And after that he would pour his heart out to Maya! On the other hand Pari (Maya) was extremely happy and had to urgently meet R and to uncover the identity of this mysterious man!
While they gathered the gifts for each other and went towards the beach area!

But before he reached the beach, he heard Mayas friends talking about him! It broke him, angered him to the core!
R: kya pagal ladka hai wo gareeb Rehan he thinks he can match The Maya Kasshyap!
They laughed at him and his foolish thoughts!
R:All he wanted to do is remove the gareeb tag from his name, by attaching himself to Maya! She is going to show him his place definitely! Wait and watch!

He wanted to confront them! But it was their opinion about him not Maya so just left from there, but the words of Raima ran in his head, “She is going to show him his place definitely! Wait and watch!” what was she going to do? And why?
As he reached there he couldn't find Pari and found a note instead, “sorry! Muje late hoga... We'll meet up later in the party for sure.. I want to you to be there when I teach that batmeez boy a lesson! - tumhari dost Pari!”

Though he was sad, but he had learnt to be happy and he knew he would meet Pari and confess his feelings to Maya! So he thought why not confess his love and then make Pari and Maya meet each other in the same party! Rehans happiness had no boundaries today!
As he returned from the beach the girls again havered around him... To sing! He agreed, but Maya was all jealous looking at him being with other girls!

As he picked up his guitar and went into the stage! His eyes searched for Maya and then he looked for pari! As this was one way that could connect her to him!
While he announced he would sing two songs, making all the girls go crazy and Maya jealous! As the girls demanded for one party song and the other his specialty romantic one! He obliged and began...

“Dance dance everybody
Getting hot in the party
C’mon c’mon stop feelin’

Bhangre di queen main taan
Kudi so haseen main taan

All  were enjoying, dancing enjoying their time even the professors! While Maya found the voice familiar but couldn't gather where she heard this voice! While Rehan waited for Maya and Pari! Suddenly it struck him and took a break from singing and told them he would definitely sing the next song shortly!

While he left and went to get the present for Pari and then Maya... And Maya had planned her execution properly! But some boys misbehaved with Maya and she tried her best to fight them and fought them till she could! While Rehan had just finished his work and was coming back so he could tell Maya how he felt about her in the past few days! And heard someone screaming for help! As he went there to find it was Maya and some goons!

He immediately rushed towards her and fought them made sure he made them into an pulp of black current! 😅 While Maya was still in shock but saw what Rehan had done for her... Moved her to bits! While he saw the marks on her shoulders and gave her his coat to cover... She was in tears and broke down in his arms!
M: wo me.. Me.. Wo.. Log....
That's all she could say! And Rehan understood what she meant!
He made her look at him and then gently wiped her tears and said!
R: main janta hoon.. Its not your fault! Aise log hote hai.. We just need to fight them... Don't worry they'll not trouble you.. Main hoon na tumare sath!
While she hugged him even more tightly and stopped crying as none pacified her the way Rehan did!

As he departed from there, but made sure she was safe with some one! She self analysed herself and her thoughts...
M: Rehan bahut hi acha hai... I l...
Before she could finish her sentence, she remembered what was the feeling she had for him and then her plan! And Raima was going to do the rest of the deed!

As she realised it and rushed towards it the stage where the entire world was going to crash for both in a while! Raima asked her to do the best... And she would record it!

As the lights went off... An husky voice said, “Main janta hoon we are from different worlds! But so what different worlds are being made into one world! Yes muje pata nai kab kaise hua... Tum meri zindagi ki badi wali nakchadi thi fir dost bani aur fir ab...” I know it's too early but sometimes you meet someone special and realize your love... Miss Maya Anand Kasshyap maine ye sab kisi ke liye kabhi bhi feel nai kiya hai... So its new for me also! Main aur mere books,..

As Maya approached him, he shushed her...
R: badi himmat lagi hai ye bolne ko! So bolne do.. + idhar koi nai hai it's just us!
As he placed his finger on her lips...
“where was I... Yeah! Meri dosti Sirf meri books ke sath hai, because muje kuch bana hai zindagi main and wanted my family to have their own say! Dost ho tum isiliye bol raha hoon meri Ma.. Nai hai iss duniya main and I know how it feels to loose someone! Let me cut this short... Ms Maya Kasshyap I love you!”
R:ha ab tum bol sakti ho... Waise I have something for you!
Maya was all surprised, shocked and knew she had done the worlds biggest blunder... She was breaking someone who was there for her!
While her friends recorded the entire confession and then played it on the screen where everyone was present!

While Rehan was going to give her the present.. Which he had forgot somewhere in the room was about to get it! Maya pulled him and was about to tell him something...
M: Rehan.. Wo... Muje tumse kuch bata na tha...
R: 🤫... Wait..
As she held his hand... As they proceeded towards the hall, everyone was laughing at Rehan!

Rehan was clueless about whats going on and why are people acting so weirdly... While Maya just clung onto Rehans hand as hard as she could! As she knew it was going to be in her hand for sometime now!
While they proceeded to the stage where he saw something on the screen! And that broke him and shocked him... His rage was something that was not going to have any limit after this!
