Jealousy :Take One!

After all those gazes they got, Rehan got angry and embarrassed with all the attention! He knew it was due to Natasha and wanted to know what she did and this attention that they got made him the hot topic of the day!

After the last straw had been pulled by a few gossiping about him, right in front of him made him yell at them!

Rehan, "what the hell! Aur kuch kaam nai hai kya tum logon ke pass... Bloody jobless people..."

And then he looked at Natasha who was on the phone with anger filled in his eyes! Everyone had shut their mouth for some time...

As he walked from their heading towards Natasha and holding her hand and pulled her there!

R: tune aise kya kiya?

N: mene kuch nai kiya... I Swear

R: Natasha tune kya bola? What did you do just spill the beans (in much angrier tone)

Natasha hadn't seen him this angry before.. She was a little surprised and scared of him..

All he said was, "dekh I don't care what people think about me, but when it comes to you or jaan you know what happens to me! You guys are my lifelines,agar tum logon ke bare mein koi kuch bolta hai I just feel like punching them on their faces! So just spill out the beans kya tune Kiya hai! "

She calmed down and then told him what had happened!

Although it was a harmless mischief, it was her name that was been used and spoiled which Mr No nonsense didn't like!

R: moti dekh people here will talk rubbish about you and me, they won't understand that you have just played a prank.. Upar se wo Sab drama jo tune mujse karwaya is just going to add to the fuel...

(before he could complete she interrupted him)

N: muje pata hai.. I know, but those girls in the canteen just came to collect gossips about us! Isi liye mene unko wahi diya.. You and I know that we are best friends and that won't change anything between us due to this... 😅

R: hmm... Thik hai agli baar se soch samj kar karna jo karna hai.. As jinti logo uthni baatein, stay away from this all it ruins your peace of mind completely!

N: Haan baba samji.. But ab to play along with me for some time na.. Please Rehan baba!

R: mene jo ab bola wo tune suna ki nai? Tera bachpana kab jayega moti 🤦🏻‍♀️

N: kabhi nai... Tu hai na bada samjhdaar insaan to take care 😝please now at least play along as muje maza aa raha hai...

R: hey bhagwan! Tu samjhegi nai aur na hi manegi.. So thik hai.. But remember if anyone says anything about you wo gaya samjhi!

N: oho possessive Banerjee! Thik hai...

Rehan had managed to make people stop staring at Natasha and him and as well made sure nothing hurts her with these rumours that were going around due to her stupid behavior!

(As the day ended Rehan came across his friend Tanya who had been not well and had missed college due to that, had no clue about what's going on around her!)

T: Hey Rehan!

R:hi Tanya... Yaar where have you been? After that trip you went missing...

T: oh yeah that trip 🙄I was down with flu so.. So how are you? And what's new?

R: flu.. Hope you are doing well now... Batana to chahiye tha na... I'm good as always... Tune bahut lectures miss kiye hai if you need anything let me know! Kuch new nai hai... Just ek - do books issue karani hai and then work and home...😅

T: Typical Rehan... BTW wo matter jo last hua tha, wo ladki ke sath who spilled water on you sort hua?

R: Haan sort hua.. Nothing to worry... I took care of it 😐

T: and what about that trip wala matter?

(Natasha had just come there and happened to hear about the trip.. She was curious about it as she had noticed something was wrong with Rehan...)

R: Tanya let's not talk about that... Some people shouldn't be there on your life.. Bas kuch seekha ne ke liye aete hai wo... Let's bury that... I ddon't want to remember about it!

T: thik hai... I'm so sorry... Didn't mean to hurt your feelings... Chal anyways I need to meet the Princi.. Regarding my attendance before the exams start.. Bye

R: hmm.. Let me know if you want any help bye!

While Natasha stood there and heard about the trip, which had changed him and hurted him as well... She wondered to what might have happened in that trip!
While she waited for him near the library as they had decided to meet there!

As she met him near the library, she wanted to ask him...but didn't as she knew him that he wouldn't open his heart in front of her... As she pondered over a way to get the things out of him.. So he would feel better and she would know what made him so aloof.. Not that he wasn't, but he had this thought of anger in him and annoyance about his status...

As she was snapped out off her thoughts by Rehan!

R:kya hua? Aisa kya soch rahi hai tu? Wo bhi itni gheri and wo bhi tu... 😅

N: kuch nai... Just aisi waisi faltu baatein... Ek min.. What did you mean by I can't think?

R: faltu baatein... Suits you... Haan wo Sach bola mene (having a smirk on his face he hit hit on her head and ran)

N: how mean!!! Rehan ke bache...(running after him)

As they ran across the corridors of the college till Rehan banged into Maya and his smile vanished and anger took its place!

Natasha slowed down and hit herself on Rehans back! And noticed his face and body language had changed... While Maya had guilt and hurt in eyes!

She noticed it all and kept quiet... While Natasha tried to change the mood and topic around them...

N: oh hey! You are the same girl na.. Jo canteen mein aaj mili thi!!I'm sorry I forgot your name and your friends...

M: hmm. It's ok.. I'm Maya Kasshyap and that's Raima... (shifting her sight from Rehan to Natasha)

N: Oh yeah! I'm really sorry I keep forgetting things... But yeh Rehan hai na mera diary, reminder sab kuch yaad hota hai isse... That's his good as well as bad thing... Kuch bulata hi nai hai...

M: wo toh hai.. Aise hi wo topper thodi bana hai... (Kash he could have forgotten many things...)

N: Topper toh hai... after all he is my boyfriend... 😅

Rehan who just stood there in anger, finally understood that it was Maya and Raima who had started the rumors about him and Natasha...Making him angry about it even more.. But he knew Natasha had been the pioneer of that rumor hence all he did was play along with her...

He held Natasha's hand, thus making Maya jealous and returning her the pain that he had endured during the trip and is still..
