He had curled up and looked at the sky, the brightest of all the stars was ma… he just looked at her as tears broke down on his cheeks making them again wet. Holding his guitar in his hand he just played a tune. So intense that he went into the tune so much that he started to sing the song that escaped from his lips.

As he sang the last line he broke down again… he wiped his fresh tears, but they were dried and had made imprints on his cheeks, eyes were red and swollen up. Anyone could tell he was in pain and crying. 

It was almost early morning he wiped his tear soaked cheeks, picking up his guitar he walked downstairs to see baba and Jaan still sleeping. He had made up his mind to talk with Maya and clear the air and move on… Yes! Move on! From that incident and move ahead. 

It was 7am and he was already to going to college and Bury the past and move on. He had for the first time messaged Maya and asked her to meet him up! 

Just one message from Rehan had made her smile as well as scared. After all, he wanted to talk to her about something!She dressed up and was out of her room by 7:30 am shocking her parents.

Her father enquired about her health. 

"Tum thik toh ho na Pari? Aaj kuch khaas hai kya? Aaj ka suraj kaha se uuga hai? Jo ladki 9 baje tak uthi nahi thi aaj itne subha uth gayi? Sab thik hai na?" 

"Haan dad! Bas yunhi kuch kaam tha… OkOk bye I'm getting late…" 

Picking up her bag she ran towards her car. As she entered the college campus she was quite excited as well as anxious about meeting him. 

She saw him near the garden area of the campus. She got out of her car and walked towards him, softly calling his name and greeting him. 

"Rehan! Hi… Good morning…" 

"hey! Good morning Maya" 

Just looking at him she understood he was hiding something and hadn't slept well! 

Before anything else could come up… She asked him directly. 

"kya hua hai? Tum raat ko barabar se soye nahi ho kya? Is there any problem? Haan I know I have no right to ask you anything personal, but tum thik nahi lag rahe ho! Sab thik hai na?"
