Chapter 3 Just a bodyguard?

Buttercup P.O.V

After our breakfast, I clean up the table while Butch wash our plates.

"I'll be off now, Buttercup listen to Butch ok" he said and kiss my forehead before leaving

"Yeah fine" I groan while Butch just smirk

I wait for Butch to come outside the house. And finally he came out "Took you long enough" I said with my arms cross. "Thanks for waiting Butterboo" My body heat up with anger when he said the word 'Butterboo' I glare at Butch. "Let's just go" I said with an annoyed tone.

An awkward silence came to us until Butch finally broke it. "So why did your dad wants someone to look after you?" He said breaking the awkward silence. "Beats me" I said not looking at his face

We continued to talk about ourselves and to know each other more until someone interrupt us.

"Buttercup!" Bubbles said with a cheery voice. I turn my head to Bubbles and blossom only to see a confuse expressions on their faces.

"Hey bubs, hey bloss what's up?" I ask and as usual they gave me a confuse look. "Will you two stop making that face and tell me why?" I said snapping their confuse face. "Who's he?" Blossom ask pointing at Butch. "He's-" I was about to say 'no one' when Butch cut me off and spoke "I'm Butch, Buttercup's handsome bodyguard" he smirk and I quickly give him a death glare. Blossom and Bubbles smirk as well. This is so fustrating their getting on my nerves.

Blossom P.O.V

Me and Bubbles smirk at Buttercup's reaction. She seems to be pissed off but we just laugh at her reaction. "Listen he's just my bodyguard nothing else" she said looking at Butch. "Are you sure about that?" Butch spoke up (more like smirk). Buttercup give him a death glare. Again. Me and Bubbles just stand there with a slight smirk on our faces.

"You know, you two will make a cute couple soon" Bubbles said and I nod in agreement. Buttercup turn her head to us and look at us. And we can tell she was blushing because there's a pink color on her cheeks.

"We will soon in the future" Butch wink as he look at Buttercup who is Blushing hard.

"Enough! We are not a couple! And we'll never will be!" She said still Blushing we just laugh at her reaction.

Butch P.O.V

We laugh at Buttercup's reaction she looks really cute when she's pissed off. But I still don't get why boys are so afraid to piss her off. Probably too scared or coward to do. Or maybe they're afraid that Buttercup will beat them up.

"Can we just go inside?! Before the bell ring?" She said with an annoyed tone and look. We nodded in agreement.

While we were walking through the hallways, some boy grabbed Buttercup's wrist. She turn to see who was and when she saw the boy, her face look so annoyed.

"Hi Butterbabe" that boy said and my anger quickly rise up. I could just punch him on the face right now and I was about to when Buttercup held my hand with her other hand telling me to stop and control my anger. I put my fist down and held it.

"Mitch could you stop doing this every morning?" So that's the boy's name..Mitch. He just smirk and I can hardly control my fist. But still Buttercup's hand was still on mines. And it seems like that Mitch boy notice it.

"Oi who the hell are you?" His smirk turn into an angry one.

"What do you care?" Buttercup ask him and his anger rises while looking at me.

"He's not your boyfriend is he?" He ask in an angry tone which made me smirk from the word 'boyfriend'.

I saw Buttercup take a deep breath and her words made me shock and...it also made me a little blush..okay! I admit I was blushing hard! Happy!?
