[Dakota]
I watched as Pendragon soldiers appeared from the tree line. "Morgana go get Nimue" I said and Morgana ran while Kaze and I got the horses ready. Nimue and Morgana got on there horses and we rode off with Pendragon's soldiers on our tail.
We went into a valley and stopped by a cave entrance waiting for Kaze to return. Kaze finally returned, "we have less than an hour before the Pendragon soldiers reach us" she told us. Morgana look at the cave, "the celts built tunnels in these mountains, some of them reach Grimare. Arthur and I used to play in them when we were kids." Kaze looked at her, "you want me to go in there" she says skeptical.
Morgana looked at Nimue, "we are fools to turn around." "I'd rather die battling the kings men than dying while battling an evil that we can not see or touch"  Kaze says to Morgana and Nimue. I turn to Nimue, "this isn't a good idea Nimue, thousands of people were slaughtered here due to dark magic, this land is cursed."
Nimue ignored me and started going towards the caves, "looks like we have no choice" I mumbled to myself and followed Nimue. We entered the cave system and walked down to a pit, Nimue started acting weird. She threw the sword down in the pit, "what have you done" Kaze asked Nimue. "I-I'm sorry" Nimue asked realizing she threw the sword. "I'll go get it" she says immediately after.
"No, you stay up here I'll go get it" Kaze said to Nimue. "I'll go with you" Morgana offered and they started going down to get the sword. Nimue and I went back to a round room and sat down. "Why did I have to do that" Nimue asked. "I don't know" I answered and we stayed quiet for a while.
I thought I started to smell smoke from fire but ignored it, Nimue started to act weird and I looked at her. "Are you ok" I asked, Kaze and Morgana appeared with the sword, "Gawain and Arthur need help, they're stuck in a fire." Nimue said that and I ran to my horse, they said they would find a way to get there.

I reached the tree line and hopped off my horse. I drew my sword and walked out seeing Gawain and Arthur fighting the Red Paladins. I stood and reached towards the fire to put it out the best I could. The fire went away some and I ran to help Gawain and Arthur. The rest of the fire went out and a mist started to fall, "Gawain, Arthur get out of here" I yelled at them and they ran.
The mist settled and I saw The Weeping Monk, "here goes nothing" I mumbled to myself. "Lancelot" I called out his name loud enough for him to hear it and he turned around looking for the voice. While he looked around someone was going to attack him and I jumped in front with my blade held against the attackers. I pushed him back and stabbed him in the gut causing him to fall.
I looked at The Weeping Monk and he stared at me like he saw a ghost and I realized my hood fell down and my ears were exposed. "Why did you save me" he asked and I stared at him pulling my hood up and running out of the mist.
As soon as I reached Nimue she got up and the mist disappeared, we ran all the way back to the Fey hideout.

I was sitting by a stream relaxing and I heard a twig break. "Sorry" I heard Squirrel say without turning. "I came to check on you" he sat by me, "is that ok" he asked politely. "Yes, it's ok and it's ok if you sit there" I answered. We sat in silence and he finally spoke up, "why did you save him" I looked at him confused. "Why did you save the Weeping Monk" I looked at the stream in realization. "I felt like I had to" I answered and looked at him. "Then you must know him, who is he" Squirrel asked. I tapped his nose, "some things are better left secret for now."
I summoned some fire on my palm and made it dance around the water. "That's cool, I saw you draw the fire away from the windmill" he said amazed. I let out a small laugh, "I can also do that with water" as I said that I made some water dance with the fire. "Wow" Squirrel looked even more amazed and reminded me of Lancelot when we first met.
"You know you remind me of someone I used to know" I told him. "Who was it, if I can ask" he asked. I stayed silent for a second and Squirrel was about to get up, "his name was Lancelot, I met him when I was about nine" I said and Squirrel sat back down. I looked at him and looked up at me listening intently.
"He was the only one that would be my friend, the other kids from my village made fun of me for my eyes and ears" I took off my hood and showed Squirrel my ears. "He thought I was really cool being able to control fire and water" I said smiling. "It sounds like you really liked him" Squirrel said making me blush a little. "I did once, but we were too young and we only spent a few weeks with each other before he was taken away from my family and I" I said looking back down at the water.
Squirrel put his hand on mine, "I'm sorry you lost him and your family." I looked at him and smiled, "it isn't your fault, but thank you" I said getting up, "let's get back, they are probably wondering where you are." I held out my hand and Squirrel took it and we walked back inside.
