Nuray sat silently in her tent with the cap in her hand. He had left just yesterday and yet it seemed that he had gone for ages. Now that he was not in this tribe and no one knew that when will he return, she was worried.

Worried for himself..

Worried for herself..

For she was not used to spend her day without seeing him for once.

She had visited the place where they had sat down for one or two times alone. They had never got the chance to talk about themselves. He always had his own problems and she kept herself busy in solving them. Trying to give him the solace that he never had. She had sat there for hours remembering each and every part of their conversations. When she was not able to find peace she came back to the tent. Took the cap from the table and placed it on her head above her own.

The curtains raised and Selcan entered. Nuray quickly removed the cap from her head. Selcan smiled and came towards her. She took the cap from her hands and placed it back on her head.

"He left it for you. You have every right to wear it." She smiled. "You know what it means?"

"What?" Nuray asked.

"For a man, the most important thing is his sword and then his cap. They are his honour! He needed his sword so he left the other most important thing for you!"

Nuray smiled sadly.

"He declared his love for you in front of everyone! He declared you as his honour! Now it's your duty to not seperate his love from yourself! Tonprotect and keep his honour save!" Selcan smiled softly. Nuray stared at her for sometime then nodded. She will never let this cap off her head until he will come back to take it from her,

"I need a walk!" She said and went outside the tent. The people of both tribes were staring at her in awe as they had seen a woman wearing a bey's cap but she didn't care. She went towards the saddles, took her horse and left the tribe.

When she reached the borders of the forest, she tied her horse with a tree, sat down beneath the tree and closed her eyes. So much time passed when she heard the hoofing of horses from a distance. She stood up immediately with her hand on the dagger. Two horses were coming towards her. Obviously they were coming to the tribe.

A man was riding one horse while there was an injured man on the other. She ran towards them to help but was stopped short in her way when she recognised the grey locks falling on the face of the rider.

"Sungurtekin?" Her lips moved and the air came out of her throat in the form of a whisper.

Who is the other man? She had heard someone say that someone had gone after him. Who? She had not cared to pay attentin then.

The horses stopped beside her. She stared at him. He got down and came to stand in front of her. He had tears in his eyes. She stared in his eyes and turned to look at the injured, no he was dead.

And the robes...

They were familiar.

Her mind gave her signals and she snapped at Sungurtekin who was noticing every change in her expression intently.

She ran towards the body, held his face upwards and shreiked!

"Delir Demir!" There was a clear shock and fear in her voice.

Sungurtekin moved towards her but he didn't stop her. She turned to him,

"Tell me he is asleep!" She cried.

"Shaheed! (Martyred)" Sungurtekin said with a wet voice.

"What did you do Sungurtekin?" She yelled at him. Sungurtekin remained silent. "What did you do? You led him to his death!! You knew that it was a one way road!! You knew that there was a good chance that you will not come back! You knew it!! Then why? Why did you take him?" She was crying.
