"SO WHAT KIND OF CAR do you want?" Parker asked Aurora. It was Friday afternoon, and the two were driving through Port Angeles to (finally) get Aurora her own car. They'd set aside some of Aurora's inheritance and had enough to get her any car she wanted.

"I'm not sure," Aurora replied, looking out of the window and up at the gray skies peeking out above the stout buildings. She'd been wanting her own car for so long and yet she hadn't ever put any thought into what kind of car she wanted. A pickup like Sam and Bella? A Wrangler like Emmett? A shiny Volvo like Edward? What kind of a car would suit her the best? She really didn't know.

"We'll just see what they have, then," Parker said as they pulled into the small car dealership. "Let's drive around first."

"Alright," Aurora replied, peering out of the window at the parked cars they were slowly passing. The dealership, while small, had a wide array of vehicles yet Aurora grew increasingly frustrated as they kept driving and none of them appealed to her. Some of them would get too dirty in Fork's back roads and some were too bulky to maneuver tight turns and some were so small they'd crush like a pop can in a car crash.

After 20 minutes of driving around, Aurora had had enough. "I don't like anything here. We're not gonna find anything."

Parker sighed as she pulled into a parking spot. She shut off the engine and slumped, putting her face into her hands. "Yeah, you're right. None of these are good enough," she agreed, sounding muffled. "We can go look somewhere else?"

"I'm too stressed," Aurora said, clenching her jaw. And it was true— she was way too stressed to keep looking for a car. She hated it and just wanted to go home.

"Then let's go get some food while we're out here anyways," Parker suggested. She pulled her face out of her hands and looked outside at the lot. Aurora nodded her head in agreement as she looked up at the cloudy sky, wondering if it would rain. "Oh, shit."

Aurora looked back at Parker, who was frantically grabbing for her keys to start the engine. "What? What is it?" She asked, watching her aunt try and shove the keys into the ignition.

"He's here," Parker whispered, missing the ignition over and over due to her shaky hands.

"Who?" Aurora pressed, looking up out the window and across the lot. She saw nothing but rows and rows of cars with people milling about. Then her gaze fell onto someone standing and looking at a 2004 Chevy. He looked so familiar and as Aurora was trying to put a name to his face, her aunt spoke:

"David, the weather man!" Parker exclaimed, finally getting the key into the ignition. "Aha!"

Aurora's jaw dropped as she remembered. "Oh, my god! You're right! Go talk to him, Park!"

"What?! No, no, no, that is not happening," Parker replied, shaking her head vehemently.

"Fine, then I'll talk to him. I'll tell him all about your bookstore excursion on Monday," Aurora said, waggling her eyebrows as she unbuckled her seatbelt.

"No!" Parker exclaimed, lurching over and throwing her arm across Aurora. She looked up at her niece, her gaze deathly serious. "Don't. You. Dare."

Aurora smirked. "Then you go talk to him yourself," she shot back, leaning back against the seat and crossing her arms over her chest.

"You—" Parker said, clenching her jaw as she shook her finger at Aurora. Aurora quirked a brow, waiting for Parker's answer. Finally, Parker exhaled, dropping her head into her hands again. "Fnn, oll do ed." She mumbled.

"What?" Aurora asked, a smile creeping onto her face. Parker looked back up and gave Aurora a miserable look.

"Fine, I'll do it," she repeated in a defeated tone. "Do I look okay?"
