His name slipped off of my tongue like water. Since our last encounter I haven't seen him, and I don't know if I should be grateful or sad because after what went down in that private room the last thing I wanted was for him to disappear in thin air.
With the job I have, it made me find men absolutely repulsive and that ended up destroying both my sex and dating life. I couldn't stand to be touched or even approached by a man, but I didn't find girls attractive so I was stuck in an everlasting bind. That was until I had that one on one dance with Jax.
He ignited a flame inside of me, but the flame was only for him and him only and as time passes the flame is starting to get bigger and bigger. He kissed me like he was hungry, he touched me like I was pure silk, and watched me like I was the only female in the room. He started this, and now he was nowhere to be found.
Punching in my time stamp, I placed my things in my locker and made my way out to the bar. Ever since my encounter with Jax, I just haven't had the energy to get up on stage and dance. It was like I had no one to dance for even though there were well over one hundred men inside of the club. It's crazy because I used to hate when he came into the club, now I'm feening' for his gaze.
Ugh, I really need to stop thinking about that kid. It's obvious he got what he wanted and now he was gone.
I put on my apron and took a seat at the corner of the bar waiting for one of the waitresses or customers to order a drink. Not before long, somebody ordered a drink and after that, the orders kept coming and coming. I was running around the bar as if though I had lost my head. It was exhausting, but I was grateful.
"Yo Angel, Tasha is going to take over boss man wants to see you." Donovan, one of our security guards said.
I let out a frustrated huff before taking off my apron and handing it to her. Ever since I've stepped down from the stage he has been trying to bribe me to get back up there. If he didn't want me to stop dancing then he shouldn't have agreed to let me bartend for two weeks.
