Niobe anxiously stood at the edge of the stage as her stylist quickly touched up on her makeup and hair. Her heart was caught at her throat and her palms were sweating profusely. Unlike her costars, she was nervous.
She was a rookie in the entertainment business. She has done a couple of indie films that gained attention from the media and recently she managed to land a major role in an upcoming action movie. Not only she was apart of the main cast, but her dark skin made her the hot topic on black twitter and the shade room. Her career was starting to pick up speed, and her agent felt that it would be best if she did some special appearances.
She wasn't supposed to start promoting until next month, but Travante and Aaron agents got to talking with her and they managed to land them a special appearance on the Late Late Late Show, and to say she was scared was an understatement.
