Reys pov
"IM HOME" I shouted at the top of my lungs. My grandfather, obi-wan kenobi king of jakku, Maz my caretaker and the prime minister, han solo was there when I arrived home.
"Grandpa, I've missed you so much" I said giving a bow then hugging him. "Rey my lovely oh how quiet was it when you're not around" he replied
"Maz, " I hugged her. "Oh, you are growing so much, you are getting taller" she giggled, I smiled back as a reply.
"Han" I nodded. "Rey, nice to see you back again" he bowed.
"Maz you can bring her up to her room" grandfather said to maz. "See you guys later at dinner" I looked at grandfather and han. They nodded and walked away probably for a meeting. Me and maz makes our way up to my bedroom.
"I'll take it from here, thank you maz" I said to her, stopping in front of my bedroom door "your welcome, I'll call you down for dinner later" she puts the bags down and walked away. I went into my room and put my bags down, I took a deep breath and looked around the room. I was gone for so long I forgot how my room looked like. I just finished my studies overseas and now I don't have to worry about ANYTHING
Or so I thought
I sat down on my bed and looked to my right and saw a photo of my parents, I didn't get to see them because they got into a car crash when I was 1. I don't have any memories of them but grandpa always told me how kind my mother was and my dad always wanted to make things right, he wants me to have a good future. I don't really know if it's true and I didn't really remember, but I like to think that's how they are like.
Knock knock
"Come in" I shouted "it's dinner time" maz came in, "oh okay" I replied, she walked out and I followed behind her. I went into the dining room and saw my grandpa, mr and mrs solo. "Leia! I miss you so much" I went over to her and hugged her, "rey seeetie, I've missed you too" she said. I sat down next to her and started eating, I was really hungry. "Looks like someone's hungry" han laughed, "indeed I am" I smiled. "We have a little announcement to make, we are going to have a party for you since you're back you haven't been home for 4 years, don't worry it's not going to be that big," he said looking at me smiling. I could tell he really was excited " that's amazing," I said smiling, well I was trying to smile I didn't really like parties, but anything for my grandpa.

I went back to my room and showered, then quickly went to bed after.
