Three weeks before the coronation day
For the past week we have been doing dress fitting, we have met up with different designers, but we have come down to one special designer,
Rose Tico, she is a French designer her sister Paige used to own the buissnes but she passed away a year ago rip Paige,
We were in the living room with rose, my hand maidens and the guards were there too, I got used to them following me around.
"Looks like we have come down to this dress I promise we will get this dress ready in 2 weeks" rose said
"Amazing, thank you so much" I said to her
"My pleasure, now if you excuse me I have an appointment in 15 minutes" she said walking out the room.
"You all are dismissed" I said looking at the handmaids, they all walked out.
I went out and head to the meeting with the generals and the minister
At the meeting
"We have been doing meeting for the past few weeks and still nothing" I said
"Your highness we tried everything the police and the FBI even got involved but no sign of the money" minister solo said
"I can't get to any social media because my phone is taken, I can't do research" I said
"What about a computer, don't you have that" general hux said
" NO, grandpa has taken every thing from me, I can't take it anymore" I said in anger
"Back in my da-" before hux could say anything I cut him off
"I get it, but this is the modern day! Everything is on technology, files, data and even personal information about us all" I said in frustration.
"We haven't done any good I think it's best we dismiss this meeting and come back another day if there's anything" minister solo said
"Fine, meeting dismissed" I said
Everyone walked out and now it's just me..... And these two security guards behind me, I walked out when one of them spoke "your highness mr.kenobi wants to see you in the living room" said quin-gon
I walked to the living room and saw grandpa sitting down.
"You called?" I said
"Ah yes Rey, how was dress fitting?" He asked
"It was good, what have you been doing?"
"Got couples of meetings and I'm officially out of the office, that means the country is now in your hands," he said
"What about the prime minister and the generals?"
"What about them?"
"Do I like to hire new ones?"
"Haha, no they work for you now. Oh and I just want to say that uh minister solo will be retiring soon, but don't worry I have a new prime minister for you... Soon"
"Who?"
"I can't tell you, you will have to wait for his arrival" he said grinning
I walked out and saw Leia
"Good evening leia" I said
"Oh good evening your highness"
"Haven't seen you in a while"
"Oh I have been very busy, remember my company"
"Yea what about it"
"The countries money is very low not enough for my company and my workers are not getting paid, "
"I know we are trying to figure out what is causing this"
"Don't worry you can do this, I believe in you"
"Thank you leia"
