Reys pov
Ah finally it's morning time for my 4th cup of coffee. I didn't sleep doing all this paperwork, I have to finish all of this before Sunday and today is Wednesday, I went down to eat breakfast with half of my work.
I went down and ate pancakes, did my work and listened to music.
Ben's pov
I went down to get breakfast when I saw Rey doing her paper work, I went over to her and hugged her from behind and kissed her cheek.
"Ben!" she said taking off her earpiece
"Morning" I said sitting next to her
"You can't do that what if someone saw us" she said
"It's fine everyone's gone"
"Still you can't do that" she said going to continue on what she's doing
I was thinking should I tell her later or now I decided to tell her now.
"So there is something I need to tell you it's kind of important"
"Go on" she said continuing her work
"I'm ha-" before I could finish her phone was ringing
"Ahhh sorry I gotta take this it's really really important" she said running out. I sat there finishing my breakfast in silence. Until my mother came out of nowhere.
"Morning my little boy" she said sitting down
"Morning" I said looking down at my food.
"Something bothering you"
"No"
"I know about your secret relationship with rey"
My heart dropped
"No, we aren't in a relationship".
"Puh-lease it's so obvious, I saw you sneak out her room and you even kissed her just now"
"Oh" I said nervously
"It's fine I won't tell," she says walking out.
Reys pov
I have been outside for an hour now taking calls from the generals, the minister and even finn who is now in D'qar but will be back next week hopefully.
"Ughhh pick up, pick up" I said in frustration trying to call general hux.
Why is there no service????
"Having trouble there?" A voice from behind, I looked back and saw leia
"Leia! I haven't seen you for a while, where have you been?" I asked her
"Oh I have my own company, The Resistance, ya'know taking calls doing work. All that stuff when you start a company, what are you doing?" she said
"Just trying to call the general, I really need to know why the country's money is dropping rapidly. I just need answers before I can sign all these papers"
"Have you tried calling han?"
"I have but he's not answering"
"Maybe try again later?"
Leia is seriously not helping
"Oh I gotta go" she said to me
You know what I'm gonna take a nap and hopefully recharge myself
I went upstairs to my bedroom and took a nap
