Reys pov
Woke up bright and early and hearing sounds of birds chirping I looked at my phone and saw it was still 6am. Max hasn't called me down for breakfast so I had time to shower and get ready.
I was finally done getting ready I putted my hair into three buns and I wore leggings and a white crop top since later after breakfast I could do some archery. I finally heard a knock on the door and maz telling me to come down for breakfast at this time it was 7:30 am. I came out of my room and saw ben heading downstairs "ben, wait up" I said running to him "good morning, Rey" he said "morning to you too" I replied. We make our way downstairs and into the kitchen.
"Morning grandpa" I Hugged him "morning your highness" ben said. We both sat down next to each other and drank our tea until han and leia arrived to the table. "Morning your highness. Rey and ben you guys too" han chuckled and sat down. "Your highness, rey good morning and my little ben" leia pinched bens cheeks. "Mom stop" ben said with a frown. I tried not to laugh but I let out a little giggle, I can tell his cheeks we're getting red.
I was eating when grandpa said "ah! There he is haha" I looked up and saw finn "morning your highness, rey, Mr. And Mrs han and... Ben is it?" finn said sitting down across from me next to han. "Uh yes its-its ben" ben said, finn nodded in reply.

After breakfast
I was outside minding my own business playing archery, "goddamit" I said under my breath missing the target, I haven't played archery in years since I left for college so it explains why im really bad. "Struggling I see" a deep voice said, I looked back and saw ben. "I'm not usually this bad, wanna try?" I told him.
I gave him a bow and arrow and he shoots on to the target, "impressive" I said to him "it takes a lot of practice" he smirks. I tried to shoot but before I can he said "here i'll show you" he goes behind me and held my hands as I held the bow "now steady and let go" I let go of the arrow and on the target it went "see it's not that hard" a silence was between and we were staring into each others eyes, not in a weird way more of a romantic was.
He then looked away and picked up the bow and arrow and started to shoot it and said "so, where did you even go to college?" He asked "ummm.. Tatooine, you?" I asked him back "D'qar, my mom used to live there" he said.
"So do you have any..... Friends" he asked, I thought it's a weird question but I answered it anyways "not really" I said focusing on hitting the target "how come?" He asked me
"I mean I do have a friend, rose but we lost contact of each other when she moved, but collage no one wanted to talk to me because they think I'm a spoiled brat and think I can just get anything I want just cuz I'm royalty" I told him. Silence was between us I can tell he has nothing to say. "But it dosen't really matter plus I'm back here I got grandpa, maz and maybe even you" I continued.
"I thi-" before Ben could say anything someone shouted "rey!" I looked back and saw grandpa "grandpa?" I said "I need to talk to you" I followed behind. looked back and smiled at Ben and he smiled at me back
