Description - you're attending Harrys final show

Today was the day.

You never thought the day would come when Harry would be singing in to a microphone for the last time, when he'd strum a chord on his guitar for the last time or even stand on a stage for the last time. But the day had come. And the day was today.

London, O2 Arena: Welcome To The Final Show

That's what you read on the piece of paper. You're final ticket, for him, you guess. The ticket suddenly found little droplets off tears on it, making the paper a little soggy around the edges. You were going to cry so much this evening that you could probably create a new ocean with your tears.

"Are we all nearly ready?" The raspy sound of your husbands voice echoed through the halls of the house.

"We are, but I think mum's crying. Again." Your eldest son, Will, shouts back. Will was now 16 and about to start college. Will, like his dad, wanted to try out for the X Factor but because of his dad, he was able to skip that part and hand his demo to a record company straight away.

You and Harry had a grand total of four children. You had to make it very clear that there's only so many children that a 38 year old woman can healthily produce, so stopped after your fourth. You had Will at a young age of 22, but for you and Harry it had been the best decision you could ever have made.

Then your second eldest were your twin boys, Thomas and Eric. They were two years younger than Will, yet still acted more mature than him. Your youngest was Sofia, and she was Harrys baby. She was 8 years old and the sweetest little girl you could've asked for. You'd waited a while after having the twins to try for another baby, because there had been complications at Eric's birth and you were too scared to go through that again so soon.

They were all growing up so fast and that was a big part of why Harry wanted to stop touring and performing. He was missing out on so much of his children's younger years - so much so that he'd missed out on Thomas' first words and Sofias' first crawl. Even though they were tiny things, in the grand scale of life, it broke Harry to have missed them.

A couple of years ago, now, you'd been called in to hospital after a regular body a check-up. You had felt fine and normal, but apparently the scans said otherwise. To your surprise, you had a brain tumour. It came as a very big shock, and what was worse was that Harry was on tour the day you'd found out. Having to call him, knowing he was due to be going on stage, for the final show of Love on Tour, later that evening, was the worst feeling ever. You felt needy and selfish, but you'd just needed him there for you. When you'd told Harry the news he barely said two words to you and had hung up quite quickly, you thinking that he'd given up on you. Turns out he'd cancelled the show and taken his jet straight over to London, to be with you.

It had been a hard few years, but luckily Harry has been with you throughout it all. However, it had been a very big reason as to why Harry was stopping. He was so willing to continue to release new music and be a part of any project that One Direction decided to do in the future, but he wasn't willing to leave you or the children alone anymore.

Your operation to remove the tumour was nearly a year ago and although you were alive and hungry to continue living your life, you were still dealing with physical and neurological symptoms. The hardest part had been just after the surgery. Your children had to watch you immobile and helpless, which made you feel worthless as a mum and sent you in to a state of depression. You were still recovering to this day, and you couldn't be doing it without the love and support off Harry, and your children.
