As the wooden door opened, the dark room, which I was placed in, lit up.
"Hello Leilana." she said to me.
I didn't even look at her, "What do you want from me?"
She walked closer, "I want you to get out of my way."
"Oh, come on Ahmya! What have I ever done to you?!" I shouted in her face.
"You're in my way. That's all."
I rolled my eyes as I laughed harshly back at her, " Yeah cause that's a really good reason to kill someone!"

The sun was beautiful that morning as it reflected in my window, creating a rainbow. Before I got my clothes on I looked out the window.
"What is that in the distance?"
Is that? An army? Ahmya. Quickly, I got dressed and ran down the stairs. In the dining room, Aine, Celeste, Daichi and Rai were already eating.
"Ahmya is here!" I yelled breathless.
They all looked at me, "What are you saying?" Aine asked.
"She...... gathered....... her army....... outside the city."
As fast as we could we all - except Rai, who went to inform the ealamorean army - went to find the king, Nephele, Gwydion and Hiroshi to tell them of the threat at the mountains. We then went for our weapons and hurried down into the courtyard where Rai had gathered the whole army. To be honest I didn't really think fighting was the best thing we could do. I most of all just wanted to try and talk to Ahmya, but I was most certainly the only one thinking like that.
"You're thinking of talking to her instead, aren't you?" Aine interrupted as she walked up beside me, "I as well have had that thought the last few days."
"What do mean?"
"I mean," she whispered, "that Ahmya is just under the influence of the demon king, and therefore isn't thinking straight."
I looked confused at her. What did she mean by the demon king?
"Ahmya was born a droid, but when her family died in the fairy-elf war, she ended up on the streets where the demon king took over her body."
"So that's why she's so scared of what I'll do to her? I can do something about the demon king."
"Indeed."
We were at the edge of town quickly, and I had been thinking about what Aine said continually the whole way. Ahmyas power came from the hate the demon king makes her carry, but also the fear of the demon king killing anyone around her. So in some way, my theory of talking to her might actually work. All I needed to do was to get captured- and not die in the process- so I could get close to her.
Right before we walked out through the gate, Aine asked me what the plan was, and I told her everything I had been thinking about. We decided to split from the rest of the group as soon as possible, and head around the front lines.
"Spirit spear Bhanavi 6th configuration Yggdra armor, insidious."
"What did you just do?" I whispered to Aine.
"I hit us from the sights of others."
"O-okay."

As we continued our way towards Ahmya, we didn't talk much. I don't know what it was, but there was just something about Aine that was different from everyone else, something I had never really been able to describe. She's the queen of fairies, and has this spear with multiple forms, why would it ever interest her what happened to Ealamore and all of Nostuynia? Or me for that matter. It didn't make any sense, her kingdom didn't have any problems with Ahmya. And on top of that, if the rest of the continent was to be taken over, the fairy kings forest would be completely sealed off from attacks, so why mess with that? Wouldn't it be smarter to just stay out of it? I know I probably wouldn't have gone to Nostuynia, if I had known I was gonna end up in the middle of war.
All of a sudden we stopped. Resulting in me bumping into Aine. I apologized, while she didn't even seem to care, she started explaining our next move.
"Okay." she starts, "Ahmya is right behind this boulder, inside the small tent in the middle of everything. Got it?"
I nodded.
"Good. So what you'll do, is to take this," she continued, as she gave me her spear, "and then you'll sneak in there, while I distract the guards."
"Um, I can get in there without taking your weapon. But thanks." I answered and gave it back.
She looked stunned and confused at me at first, but then her expression changed to a sort of determined smile- like my own- and she accepted the spear. We agreed that we would go two seperate ways around the boulder, then a few seconds after Aine had gotten the guards attention, I'd sneak in behind them. A foolproof plan really, but a lot of things could still go wrong. I mean who knows, maybe Ahmya already knew that we were there.
As I walked in through the opening of the tent, everything around me changed in a blink of an eye. The fabric walls of the tent, became stone walls, and the small opening, I came through had become a wooden door. Before me I now had a staircase. The tent opening turned out to be a portal, teleporting me to a tower. So with only one way to go, I started going up the stairs.
The tower was high, and only lit by a few torches. I lost track of time. For a long time, I think, I continued up the stairs, eventually reaching a door. The door wasn't locked, and the moment I grabbed the handle, the light around me disappeared.

When I woke up, I was in a dark room, tied to the chair I was sitting on. As the door, in the other side of the room opened, a small line of light from the hallway lit the room up just enough for me to make out a person i front of me. At first I couldn't see who it was.
"Well, " she agreed, walking around the room, "You do have a point there, I guess I'm just a horrible person then." a little smile emerging on her face. I looked at the floor, shaking my head,
"I really just can't believe that."
"And why is that, huh?"
"Because, you aren't acting like yourself. I know for a fact that you used to help people. Just like your parents did in the last war."
She just looked back at me, frowned, and as she left the room she said, "You don't know me."
And maybe I didn't, maybe I was wrong. In the reality of it I couldn't know if what Aine had told me was true. How could I possibly have known how she was as a kid? I didn't even know who I was myself at that moment. And then, I was alone with the darkness. The shadows creeping in on me from all sides, everything could be hiding in there, and when a voice sounded, I was sure something was.
"Hello." the voice was all around me, "You must be Leilana." it continued, as a man stepped out of the shadows. "I am Charlynn of darkness, 1st of the knights of dawn."

To be honest I don't know if I messed up the story at some point but I'm gonna keep going and where this goes.
Keep a safe distance, and have a great day!
