Ty has been gone for three days now, and each night he's sent me videos of him at different clubs and he looks to be having the time of his life. Lucky little bitch. While I'm stuck running the mile in gym class and having reading comprehension tests everyday in English, Ty is at a fucking club living it up. Speaking of school, my grades have gone down since everything has happened. I currently only have an 84 in AP physics, which is fine, but for my overachieving ass, it really pisses me off. Cam's been helping me as much as he can, but he's been busy with learning about inner gang shit, football practice, watching his sister, and his own schoolwork.

Currently, it's Thursday after school and I'm at the shop with Liv and Damien. They're busy at work, while I'm sitting here bored out of my mind. I've been checking my phone nonstop for a text or phone call from Asher these past three days. Ever since Dax and Harrison told me they haven't been able to reach him, I've been worried about him. He was very drunk when we talked four nights ago on Monday. Something can easily happen to someone who's vulnerable in that intoxicated state. Even if he knows how to kick ass, he could've easily been hurt. Or even worse, he could've been killed.

"You gonna help us look through this footage or not?" Liv sits next to me with a laptop in her hands.

"Yeah, for sure." Liv puts the laptop on the desk in front of us and opens it. She looks through a few files while Damien pulls a chair up and sits on the other side of Liv. Liv opens a file, and it looks like it's live footage.

"This is the live footage of the cameras Ty put up the other day. You can see the inside of the truck, even though it's dark. Nothing's in there yet because shipments will arrive at the port Saturday. Hopefully, we find out what the fuck is going on."

I nod at Liv and look at the screen. It's the inside of the large, empty truck with a green tint on everything because of the night vision camera. No activity whatsoever inside the truck besides a few insects flying across the camera every once in a while.

"This is boring as shit. Do you have to keep watching it?"

"We sure as hell do. Just in case something goes wrong in the recordings, we still have the live view to watch everything from. We'll start Saturday morning though when the shipments arrive at the port."

"I don't know who the hell you mean by 'we.' It's all you, Liv." Damien adds.

"Fuck you, D. We're in this together and you know it."

"I know, woman, I know." I roll my eyes at their usual arguing.

"I think the cobra is fucking MIA or something." Damien says.

"Why do you say that?" I'm pretty fucking quick to ask, and they notice when they give me a questioning look. "I'm just wondering because that doesn't sound very good."

"William's been trying to get in touch with him and that big dude, the boa constrictor, is the only one who comes to the meetings. Shit's getting messy between William and The Cobra." What is my dad doing to make everything so messy with him?

"What's going on with them?"

"It looks like a fucking war's aboout to start. If these recordings show anything suspicious, the immediate suspect is the silver snakes. If anything, and Brooke, I mean anything, out of the normal happens with these recordings, someone's getting killed." KILLED?

"Who? What the fuck? Is murder the only option?"
"Will says it's time to take down the snakes once and for all and I agree with him. Shit's too messy right now. The plan is to kill the cobra and see what happens then." He shrugs like it's nothing. Like Asher's life doesn't matter at all. Not that he knows it's Asher.
