Harley waited expectantly as she stood in front of the group, eying any possible escape routes. She looked down at her outfit, suddenly feeling self conscious. Harley was wearing a lacey, black corset top paired with a plaid pink skirt, fishnet stockings, and her favorite platform Demonia boots. She liked the silver heart buckles and the possibility of hurting Kevin if she had to step on his foot again.

Brockhampton's house was huge and nicely renovated in the rich part of LA. Even though Fortydust had money, Brockhampton seemed on a slightly different level. Which made her question her outfit. But it made her confident to dress how she wanted, so she hadn't even questioned her clothes when she first put them on.

"Do I look okay?" Harley turned to the girls and Trinity smiled. "Of course you do. You always look hot." "Thanks." Harley released a breath she didn't know she'd been holding and Genesis eyed her. "Why are you worried?" "I-I," Harley set her face, "No reason." And then she turned back around to ring the doorbell. She needed to just get in there.

The bell sounded loudly, signaling Brockhampton, and Harley's heart was in her throat. She needed this to go well today or else there'd be major problems between them and their managers. "You think they're coming?" Millie asked hesitantly and Kenny nodded. "I can almost sense them." "Shut up." Trinity let out a laugh and then the door cracked open, making them all jump slightly.

"Fortydust." Kevin said in a monotone voice, looking between the girls. "Hello Kevin Abstract." Harley smiled fakely and he smiled back, just as fake. "It's so nice to see you, Harley Dixon." "Likewise."

Genesis groaned from behind Harley and Kenny snickered. Harley and Kevin smiled politely, and then she blinked. "So are you gonna let us in or?" "Right." Kevin backed away, opening the door wider to reveal a homey place despite its size. They walked in silence, Harley's boots making all the noise, as she looked around. Large windows let in tons of light and the wooden floors looked brand new.

"You have a uh," Harley coughed, "Nice house." "Thanks," Kevin eyed her, "We just moved in a little while ago." "I expected it to be a lot messier." Genesis said and Kevin shrugged. "Expectations, huh? A messy concept." "Huh?" Harley mumbled to herself quietly before nodding him to death.

They walked a little farther in silence before Kevin led them to a large screen door. "Everyone's outside." "Waiting for us?" Harley tried to joke and Kevin said, "Yes." Before taking them outside. The warm air hit Harley's skin as she looked around, hearing a chorus of shouts and laughs.

Matt, Nick, Rob, and Merlyn were playing chicken in their large underground pool as Kiko dove off the diving board. "Merlyn's gonna kill me!" Matt shouted as Merlyn tried to push him off Nick's shoulders. "I wanna win!" Merlyn yelled and Rob cheered from underneath him. "That looks fun." Trinity leaned in close to her with a hopeful smile. "Sure." Harley shrugged. "Boring."

"Fortydust's here." Kevin called out, looking less than enthused. Merlyn whipped his head around, looking right at them with a smirk before Matt pushed him off. "Victory!" Merlyn poked his head out of the water, wiping at his eyes. "That's not fair!" "You got distracted."

Harley glanced away from them, looking for someone in particular. She found him, looking directly at her from a lounge chair. When they made eye contact, he smiled softly and she waved quickly before looking away. Why did she care if he was here? "

You guys can sit down anywhere." Jon said hesitantly, looking like he was trying to tame a beast. "Anywhere?" Genesis smirked and he nodded with fear in his eyes. "Yep, yep," Jon let out a laugh, rubbing the back of his neck, "Make yourselves at home." "Stay a while." Ashlan added with an awkward laugh. "Well we kinda have to, don't we?" Harley smiled wickedly, looking down at them from her platform shoes.
