*Trinity's POV*

"Hey, can we talk?" Trinity whispered into the phone. Harley and her had just gotten home from the mall where they'd been stopped by multiple fans, and they were both exhausted. But Trinity was also happy about the new sneakers she'd gotten.

Now she was locked up in her room, standing in the farthest corner so no one would be able to hear. "What's up?" Kelly asked, sounding more relaxed than usual. Trinity always found it funny how easily her and Chris were able to go from their business tone to one of the parental figures, or at least family members.

"It's about Harley." "Oh no. What'd she do now?" Trinity let out a laugh. "Nothing, nothing. I just need a favor." "Oh?" "So you know how you and Chris mentioned the magazines that were talking about Joba?" "The ones speculating that they're dating? Yeah," And then Kelly paused, "Wait are they?" Her tone was excited, clearly hoping that it was true.

"Not exactly but I want them to be." "Does Harley want that, though?" "Obviously," Trinity smiled, "She just needs a little push in the right direction." "And how are you going to do that?" "Well I just saw Chris' text in our group chat about Loverboy's release date party. I was wondering if...well if Brockhampton was invited."

"We were going to ask you all if you'd like that. It'd look good after the ep release and I know you all seem to be friendly now." "We are," Trinity nodded, "And I need Joba and Harley to see each other again and this might be the only way to do it." "Why?"

"It's a long story, but I need to make sure that they're all at the party. You'll invite them, right?" "Are you sure Harley's going to want that?" "Positive. And even if she may not, she'll thank me later." "Do the rest of the girls know?" "No, because they don't know about Harley and Joba but they'll be happy to see the guys there. We've all gotten close."

"Well, I'm happy to hear that. I love you all like you're my own." Kelly said softly, making Trinity smile. "We love you more. Thank you for always being there for us, Kelly. And you've helped me be more confident in myself so thank you for that too. I owe you." "Oh stop, you don't owe me anything. And we love you all too, Fortydust deserves to shine." "Bye Kelly." "Bye sweetheart."

When the phone clicked off, Trinity gently placed it down onto her desk and smiled to herself. At first she'd been hesitant to start this collective together but And then she walked out into the living room, finding Harley, Genesis, Millie, and Kenny sitting together. "Where were you?" Kenny asked as Trinity snuggled in next to her. "I had to put some stuff I just bought in my room. Why?" "We're trying to figure out what to watch." Trinity looked over at Harley who was staring down at her lap. "I'm thinking a romance movie for tonight. I'll order in Chinese food for dinner."

*Joba's POV*

Joba looked down at the Evite Brockhampton had been sent. It was from Chris and Kelly for a release date party for Loverboy. This was the last thing Joba expected to see because of well...you know. And the hardest part about it was knowing whether Fortydust, or specifically Harley, invited them or if it was Chris and Kelly. Because if it was Harley...Joba's heart swelled at the thought but then he pushed down the small bit of excitement he had left. There was a low chance it was Harley.

He had been wondering if she thought about him as much as he thought about her. If she ever felt the urge to cry...even if he'd never seen her cry even in her most vulnerable moments. He was about to call her before Kevin sent him the Evite and now he couldn't decide whether to wait a week to finally speak to her or call like he'd been. She probably wouldn't answer anyway and he didn't want to push her anymore.

Maybe the distance would even help her realize that she...what Joba? What that she suddenly loves you? He shook his head. No. He needed to just give it up. And then his phone rang. Holy shit.

Harley's name lit up Joba's screen, and his heart pounded in his chest. Getting out of bed, he slunk down at his desk chair to decide what to do. He could answer and finally get to hear the sound of her voice after too long...or he could commit to his previous plan. God he missed her so much. But it was probably smarter to wait. Or he could-and then the phone stopped ringing. Fuck. He could always call back?

Then his eyes landed on the voice message she'd left. Taking a deep breath, Joba clicked on it, letting the sweet sound of her voice fill his room.

"Hey uh, Joba. It's Harley. Like I need to remind you," She laughed to herself, "Fuck, sorry anyways, I don't know why I called-well I do. Hold on." He heard her take a deep breath and closed his eyes, remembering what he loved most about her. She was just as nervous and unsure as he was.

"I was gonna answer when you called today because I wanna talk but then you never did so I figured that I'd make the first move after...everything you've done. Anyway call me when you get a chance," She was about to click off before her voice lowered, "I miss you."

Joba's heart squeezed in his chest and he was about to call her until he realized that he wanted to speak in person. And he had a plan for the release party.
