16 - At The Top Of The Ferris Wheel.

Taehyung and Jungkook has been dating for about a month now and it is going really well. Jungkook is the best boyfriend that anyone could ever wish for. He's kind, funny, attentive and protective. And he absolutely adore Taehyung.

Taehyung has never been so happy. Jungkook lets him be himself without any restrictions and gives the younger whatever he wants. One would have thought it was not a possibility for someone to baby Taehyung more than his brother and brother-in-law but obviously that was before he met Jungkook.

Right now, they are at a moving carnival from two towns over, with Jimin and Yoongi. Jimin and Taehyung were walking ahead with cotton candy and matching headbands and Jungkook was left to deal with slightly annoyed Yoongi.

"Kook you know this is your fault right?" Yoongi asked with a sigh.

"What did I do?" Jungkook was surprised.

"Why did you agree to come to this? Since you agreed, I was forced to come too." Yoongi explained while Jungkook laughed.

"Sorry Yoongi, couldn't say no to Tae. Besides, we can't let those two go alone."

"You know the worst part is, even before I could ask for leave, the chief came and told me I could take a leave. Said I'm cleared for babysitting duties." Yoongi said with another sigh.

"Come on, aren't you happy to spend time with Jimin? Atleast they didn't make us wear matching headbands."

Yoongi gave up with another sigh. Even though he is mumbling, Jungkook knows that Yoongi is happy to spend time with Jimin. He's just not good at showing it.

The two friends were having the time of their lives. Taehyung noticed that Yoongi was grumpier than usual.

"Mini, is it me or is Yoongi hyung grumpier than usual?" Taehyung asked from his friend.

"Oh it's not you. He's sulking a bit. He'll come around." Jimin answered with a smile.

"I'm actually surprised that he came even."

"I...uhhh.. might have blackmailed him." Jimin said with a mischievous smile.

"What?!! How?"

"I may or may not have fake cried about how Kook is coming and you two will be all lovey-dovey and then I'll be alone like a third wheel."

"Mini that's bad. We would never do that."

"That's not the point. I wanted Yoongi to come too, you know. We don't get to go for many dates in the day time. I don't have him like you have Jungkook wrapped around your little finger."

"Yah!! You are the one who have little fingers. No wonder you can't get Yoongi hyung to wrap around them, they are too small."

"This little!!!! Whatever bish. Let's wait for them. I want to go on the ferris wheel."

Taehyung and Jimin waited till Jungkook and Yoongi caught up with them. Taehyung is a little scared of going on the ferris wheel but he doesn't want to tell that. He has never been in one so he wants to try it even though he's scared.

"Hey baby, where do you wanna go now?" Jungkook asked from Taehyung as he sneaked a hand around the younger's waist.

"Let's go on the ferris wheel." Jimin chirped in excitedly.

Jungkook looks at Taehyung and he also gives a nod so they all goes to the ticketing counter. Once they get their tickets and waits for their turn, Taehyung starts to fidget a little.

Jungkook notices and pulls the younger close to him.

"What's the matter Tae?" Jungkook whispers in his ear so that the others won't hear.

"I.. nothing." Taehyung replies.

Jungkook turns Taehyung towards himself and looks in to his eyes.

"What is it baby?" Jungkook asked again as he gently strokes Taehyung face.

"I want to go because I've never been on a ferris wheel before. But I'm bit scared" Taehyung leans forward and whispers in to Jungkook's ear.

"What are you afraid of? The hight?"

"Not really. I'm scared that I-I might f-fall."

Jungkook turns Taehyung back to the front and wraps his arms around Taehyung's waist.

"Then you have nothing to worry about. I'll never let you fall."

Taehyung felt much better and they got on to a box when their time came. Since it's two people for a box, Jimin and Yoongi got on to the first one and Taehyung and Jungkook got on to the second.

Taehyung was excited initially but as the box started to climb higher and higher, he got scared. Jungkook tightly  hugged him from side but Taehyung was still not comfortable.

Jungkook then pulled Taehyung in to his lap and wrapped his arms around him protectively.

"There. Now you won't fall. Enjoy the ride baby."

Taehyung gave him a fond smile and relaxed a little. He felt very protected in Jungkook's arms.

"Hey, there's a saying from where I came about ferris wheels." Jungkook whispered in to Taehyung's ear.

"What?"

"People say that if you kiss someone at the top of the ferris wheel ride, you will never be separated from that person."

"Really?!!" Taehyung asked as his eyes widened with suprise.

Jungkook could barely stop his smile. The younger was so adorable that Jungkook felt bad for this little white lie. He just wanted to take Taehyung's mind off from his fears.

"Yes, really. So you should only kiss me if you want to be with me forever. No turning back after this." Jungkook wanted to see the lovely blush on Taehyung's face and was not disappointed.

Taehyung got a little nervous as the their box slowly reached the top point. He waited for few seconds to see whether Jungkook would kiss him but the elder just sat there with a smile, looking straight at him.

Taehyung felt his heart ache a little, as he wandered that maybe Jungkook didn't want this to be permanent. Right then, Jungkook grabbed his jaw gently and pulled in for a kiss.

The kiss was slow at first but then the fire works started. Taehyung put his hands around Jungkook's neck and pulled him even closer. He felt Jungkook's tongue glazing over his lower lip, silently asking permission and Taehyung parted his lips in response.

The kiss got more intense as Jungkook's tongue danced inside Taehyung's mouth, tasting every corner. The hand that was on Taehyung's waist slipped inside his shirt a little and Taehyung gasped as he felt Jungkook's cold fingers on his naked flesh.

Just as Taehyung was staring to feel little light headed from lack of air, Jungkook pulled back from the kiss. He connected their foreheads as both of them came down from the rush of that kiss.

Jungkook pulled back and stroked Taehyung's cheek gently.

"Guess you are stuck with me forever baby."

And Taehyung just gave a nod and attached their lips again. Yes, that is exactly what he wants.
