Ako ang naiwang nagbabantay kay Mikaella sa hospital clinic kaya prente lamang akong napa upo sa sofa dito sa loob.

Napapahikab ako dahil gusto kong matulog.

Umalis kasi silang lahat dahil may gagawin pa sila at ako naman eto, nag presintang magbantay dahil hindi naman ako magbabantay. Matutulog ako.

Napahikab ako ng sobrang lakas.

Sinubukan kong lumapit sa kinaroroonan ni Mikaella at umupo sa gilid nya. Mataman ko syang tinitigan at napansing napaka ganda pala nya.

Napa sandal na lamang ako sa upuan na inuupuan at napapikit.

Haize POV

That's my cue.

When I saw Ian fall asleep I made my way through the window of her hospital room.

Bagsak ang mga brasong lumapit ako kay gab. Sinabuyan ko muna ng sleeping powder si Ian kaya kahit anong mangyari at ingay ay hindi sya magigising.

I moved closer at her and gently touch her cheeks.

"I wasn't there to protect you. Do I still deserve you, Gabriella?"

I bitterly smiled and kissed her forehead.

I saw how my mark shows on her forehead as a symbol that I mark her.

My waning moon mark was now visible, I smiled.

It's been years since I last saw my mark on you gabriella, hindi pa ako isa sa specials namarkhan na kita. Nathaniel's mark on you is useless, because I've mark you first and your mine.
