Chapter 20

Whole Chapter Is Christmas Eve 

Ashlyn POV

I have done absolutely nothing except write songs this whole break. It helps me not think about my parents.Hanging out with the theatre gang has also helped me. I want this break to be over.

Sadly we have another week until we go back. I can't wait to find out what the musical is, I hope it's High School Musical. I've always wanted to be Ms.Darbus.

Anyways, tomorrow I'm going to be alone. My parents decided to treat EJ's cousins to a spa day. I know what you're thinking, why on Christmas? It's because my parents don't really like Christmas. They give presents but they don't like doing it. They think it's a bad holiday. So they are leaving tonight.

They said that I can open my presents whenever I want, I can have whoever I want over, but everything has to be cleaned up by the time they get back. I'm kind of okay with this, because then I can have a party. I'm deciding all the details today.

I'm gonna have dinner by myself from whatever takeout I want, cause my parents also left me $100 for today and tomorrow. I'm really excited. It's gonna be a good Christmas.

Gina POV

It's Christmas Eve and I have been hanging out with the theatre gang a lot, except for Nini and Ricky. I have no idea where they are. I think they have been hanging out. Something happened between them and Ethan on the last day before break. Something about Ethan doing something bad to Nini. No one knows what it is.

Anyways, today I'm hanging out with EJ. We are going to the park and then to the coffee shop. I guess you could consider it a date. I really like him, he's a good guy and he's really cute. 

I'm just gonna wear jeans and a cute top. We are gonna be walking so I want to wear something somewhat comfy. He's coming in about 20 minutes. I did very little makeup and put on comfy but cute shoes. I grabbed money and my purse. I went on my phone till he got here. 

EJ POV

I wore jeans and a t-shirt for my "date" with Gina. We've been hanging out a lot and I really like her. I think I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend today. 

I just picked her up at her house and we are walking to the park. Our hands kept brushing by each other. Eventually I just grabbed her hand. We made it to the park and just talked. We went to the swings and I started pushing her. She was laughing so hard.

I looked up at her and I saw she was slipping off the swing.

"Gina, be careful." I tried yelling at her but she fell off. I tried catching her but we both fell on the ground. She started screaming in pain. "Oh my god, Gina are you okay? Do I need to take you to a hospital?"

"No and yes!" I grabbed her and carried her to her house. I grabbed my car and drove her to the hospital. I brought her to the ER, called her mom, and sat there waiting.

When the doctor came back he said she had broken her ankle, would need a cast and crutches, and has to stay there until tomorrow. What a great way to spend Christmas.

Seb POV

Christmas on the farm is so fun. All of our cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and some friends come. We spend a lot of time with the animals, since it's cold we need to take more care of them. 

We eat A LOT of food. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot. We have a whole feast.

I really miss all of my family. I only see them during Christmas. It's kind of upsetting, but they said they are coming for the musical, which I am really excited about.

I can't wait for the musical. We still don't know what it is, I hope it's either High School Musical or Mary Poppins. I really want to be Sharpay or Bert.

Everyone in my family is amazing, funny, and we all look a lot alike. Sometimes people think we are twins but I don't have siblings.  wish I had siblings, it gets lonely when I'm milking sometimes.

But tomorrow I'll be with all my friends again. We are having a party at Ashlyn's like we did for Thanksgiving. It's gonna be so fun.

Big Red POV

I'm not really doing anything for Christmas. I'm gonna be in my basement and with my family pretty much. I'll be playing video games until I got to sleep tonight, then I'll have breakfast with my parents in the morning, play more video games, maybe shoot some hoops, have lunch by myself, watch youtube (kibble girl), eat dinner, then open presents and talk with my parents.

As you can see I have a very busy life.

I haven't really hung out with Ricky lately. Which is weird because we always hang out during break. He said he's been really busy lately. I believe him, I just want to know what he's been busy with. I know his moms back but what else?

Carlos POV

I'm spending Christmas with my family. They are all really supportive of everything I do and I love them for it. Tomorrow we are having a party at Ashlyn's. I'm really hoping to hang out with Seb. I think he's a really great guy and I think he likes me.

Today I'm hanging out with my dad's family and tomorrow I'm with my mom's. (Pretend his parents are divorced. I don't know if they actually are.) My mom lives in town and my dad lives just out of town.

With my dad we are going to have a barbecue outside with my grandparents and siblings. I'm going over there now to help set up. It's not going to be super fancy because my dad doesn't really like fancy. That's one of the reasons my parents got divorced. 

I really miss my grandparents. They have always been there for me, threw everything. They are staying until New Years and I'm excited.

With my mom we are having a fancy dinner with my siblings and my stepdad. I really don't like him, he isn't very supportive of my decisions, but my mom loves him. My mom is going to be cooking all day so I won't get to hang out with her much except at dinner.

But that's my life, I guess. At least I have my friends.
