--Ally’s P.O.V--  

“Thank you New Mexico!” Normani yelled as we walked off the stage.

“Mommy!” Sam ran up to me and jumped in my arms.

“Great job guys.” Morgan walked over to us.

“Thanks.” I smiled at Morgan.

“Can I get ice cweam?” Sam asked.

“Not tonight Sam. You have to go to bed soon.” She pouted at me. “But you can have some tomorrow. You know why you can get some tomorrow?”

“Cause it’s my birthday!” She grinned.

“That’s right. Then you’ll get ice cream. You know what else happens tomorrow?”

“What?” she furrowed her eyebrows.

“We’re gonna see Nana and Papa, uncle Brandon and Sarah.”

“Nana!” Sam clapped her hands together.

“Yeah, Nana, but you sit here with Morgan while I get cleaned up.” I put Sam down and went for a shower.

I quickly took a shower and returned to the dressing room. The girls were the only people there. Lauren and Mani sat on the couch while Demi, Mila and Dinah were playing with Sam.

I snuck up behind Lauren and wrapped my arms around her neck and rest my chin on her shoulder. She turned her head to look at me and I gently kissed her lips.

“Hey.” She smiled at me.

“Hey back.” I smiled at her and kissed her again. When I pulled away, I felt a tug at my top.

I looked down and saw Sam. “Where my kiss mommy?” I grinned, picked her up and pecked her lips. “Not on my lippies mommy!” Sam screeched while wiping her lips.

“And why not missy?” I tried to hide my smile. She stayed quiet. “Exactly.” I kissed her nose.

“But don’t let any boys do that!” Lauren said.

“Why?” Sam questioned.

“Because boys have cooties.” Lauren explained.

“Is that why you kiss my mommy?” Sam pressed her cheek to mine and looked at Lauren with curious eyes.

Mine and Lauren’s eyes widened and I could hear the girls laughing in the background.

“Shut up.” Lauren looked at the girls.

Sam giggled. “Shut up.”

That only made the girls laugh louder and Lauren put her head in her hands.

“Girls, go on the bus. Sam, don’t say that again.” I said sternly.

“Sorry mommy.” Sam looked down.

“Yeah, sorry mommy.” Dinah said as they were about to leave the room.

“Okay, once more Sammy… and loud.” I told her.

“Shut up!” she giggled after that.

“Okay, no more now.” I put Sam on the sofa and Lauren stood up with me. We stood facing Sam. “You know how when two people love each other they want to be together. Like Nana and Papa or aunt Demi and Wilmer.” She nodded and I grabbed Lauren’s hand. “Well, me and Lauren love each other very much.”

“So you’re together?” She asked quietly. Wow, I wasn’t actually expecting her to get it.

“Yeah, we’re together princess.” Lauren smiled at her.
