Chapter 5 - Filming a Collab

"So Katie, do you know where we are right now?" Joe asked. "We're in Trafalgar Square Joesph" "First well done and secondly god I love your accent!" I smiled up at Joe "Shut up!" I pushed him playfully. He put his arm around my shoulder as we walked. Joe and I walked all around London, he showed me Big Ben, the O2 arena and Buckingham Palace. He was literally like my own tour guide he told me so many facts about London and all the landmarks. We walked to the London eye and got on, "Joe, I have to tell you that I'm not that fond of heights" He took my hand and said "It's okay I'll keep you safe" he smiled.

We got to the top and I took out my camera and started taking some shots of London. After I stopped I stepped away from the edge. Joe was behind me and his arms wrapped around my waist "You're okay, remember I said I'll keep you safe" he turned me so I was facing him and he smiled. "Hey Katie, can I ask you a question?" "Of course Joesph, ask away" "Again, that accent is just to die for!" "That wasn't a question Joe" I giggled "Shh! I'm getting there" "Come on, we haven't got all day!" Joe looked into my eyes "Katie I know I haven't known you that long-" "Two days to be precise!" "Shh, we've only known each other for two days but I know that there's something here and I guess I'm asking if you'll be my girlfriend?" Joe put his hand through his hair, "Of course Joe!" I hugged him tight. Joe pulled back and kissed me.

After we got off the London eye Joe asked if I wanted to film now, I was so delighted that I said yes. "We can go to my apartment and film?" "Sure, but can we run past the hotel first?" "Of course, anything for you" he kissed my cheek. We got in a taxi that took us back to the hotel, Joe and I went upstairs. When we were in the room I went straight to the closet "Joesph?" "Yes?" "What do you think I should wear?" In one hand I had my light blue no sleeve shirt with my white skater skirt and in the other a black long sleeve t-shirt with blue skinny jeans. Joe inspected the clothes I held in my hands."Shirt and skirt" he replied. I went into the bathroom and changed and touched up my make up so that everything was perfect. I looked in the mirror at myself, I liked the way I looked, Joe liked the way I looked, I was Joe Sugg's girlfriend! My eyes widened as the thought crossed my mind. I had everything planned out for Ericka and I's trip to London and now we both were off with two YouTube stars. My life right now was perfect. There was a knock on the bathroom door, "It's open" Joe opened the door and looked at me "Wow, you look stunning Kate!" he started blushing "Awh, thank you Joesph" I walked out the bathroom kissing Joe's cheek when I passed him. "Let me just grab my bag and we can head."

We got a taxi to Joe and Caspar's place and Joe escorted me into the apartment. It was just like in his vlogs, "I'm just gonna go set up my camera in my room, come down when you're ready" Joe kissed my cheek and headed downstairs. I took out my camera and pressed record, "Hey my Kats! I've had such an incredible day today. I got to see all of London and I think I'm just gonna chill tomorrow because I did a lot of walking today. I also have some really exciting news, this Sunday I will be uploading a collab with Joe Sugg! I'm excited for you all to see it" I turned the camera off and went downstairs, I walked into Joe's room and he had his back to me so I quietly took out my camera and hit record. I wanted to get him back for scaring me last night so I screamed and he got a huge fright and dropped some batteries. Joe ran to me and picked me up "Katie you messed with the wrong Sugg!" he dropped me on the bed and started to tickle me. "Joe!" Joe stop!" I laughed so much my sides hurt "Joe please!" he stopped and we both just laughed, Joe started kissing me. His kisses were soft but so passionate, Joe started moving his hand slowly up and down my side. I pulled away from Joe's kiss "What's wrong? Shit, did I do something?" Joe looked so sad and so concerned, "No you didn't do anything we should really film though" "Oh right, let's do this" Joe smiled, it made me feel better that he smiled.

I've only ever had a couple of boyfriends in the past and only one serious relationship but I was still a virgin and wasn't sure if I was ready to have sex. I didn't want to regret anything but I know there was definitely something between Joe and I.

Joe finished setting up his camera, he sat in his usual filming spot on his bed and started his video, "Hello everyone! Today I'm joined by a very special guest, some of you may know her. So here she is Katie-Kat herself!" I sat next to Joe and waved to the camera "Hi guys" "Stay tuned at the end of the video as I have a special announcement! Anyway today I asked you guys on Twitter to tweet me with really good dares and Katie and I are gonna do some of them now." Joe scrolled through all the tweets and found the best dares. Joe dared me to do a handstand for 5 minutes, which I didn't manage to do. I dared him to take a cold shower, which he did, I filmed the whole thing and I couldn't stop laughing at his reaction. Joe's shower dare was the last dare so he quickly took a hot shower and I waited for him to finish. While he showered I sat on the bed and checked through my Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, after a while Joe came out the bathroom in just a towel. I looked up at him "Sorry, forgot to take clothes in with me" he then turned red as he quickly grabbed some clothes "I don't mind" I smiled "Katie, you are naughty, very naughty" he walked over and bent down to kiss me. As he pulled away I said "Don't worry Joesph, you know you like it" he stood up and walked back towards the bathroom but he stopped at the doorway and turned "Yes I do" he winked and closed the door.

My phone started ringing and I saw it was Ericka, "Hey Eri! How you doing?" "Kate! Kate!" Ericka was hysterically crying into the phone, "Ericka what's wrong? Eri?" "Ka-te, my m-u-u-um is in ho-os-spital!" She sobbed between each word. "Ericka where are you? Is Caspar with you?" there was a thud and then silence, "ERICKA!" "Kate something wrong with Ericka!" "Cas? What's wrong with her?" "I don't know!" "Call an ambulance, I'll meet you at the hospital!" I sat on the edge of the bed and put my head in my hands and I sobbed violently. I didn't stop sobbing, Joe came out the bathroom "Kat?" he ran and knelt down beside me, "Kat, what's wrong?" I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't breathe. I needed my inhaler, I pointed to my bag in the corner of the room and Joe ran to get it. "M-yy" I started coughing which made me panic more which didn't help my breathing. "In-nha" Joe was rummaging in my bag, "b-bl-ue" he grabbed the blue inhaler and handed it to me "It's okay Kat, calm down" I took the inhaler once and it didn't help "Kat I'm here, calm down please" I took the inhaler again but nothing. Then my sight went blurry and everything went dark.
