Chapter 16: Jealousy🌊

"Hey, Toph, How was it," Suki asked as she walked through the door, "I think this guy might be perfect," She muffled into a pillow, "You know Kursek is the school player right," Katara blurted out.

"Yeah, he told me used to date girls all the time but he had changed over school break," Toph said, "Okay," Suki looked worried, "Well night," Toph went straight to bed just because she was tired.

The Next Day

Sokka got up early and decided to go grab breakfast because when is he not hungry. He got to the cafeteria and sat down he saw Toph and waved her over but she didn't see him and walked over to Kursek.

Sokka looked over and thought, 'the date couldn't have gone that well, Maybe it did' , "Hey Sokka," Toph said hand in hand with Kursek, "uh, hey," Sokka sounded unhappy, "What happened to Junli," Toph asked.

"Oh, that girls in her own world," Sokka rolled his eyes, "Tough buddy," Kursek said, "Well, I'm gonna go I'll see you later babe," He kissed her and left, "He's awesome," Toph sighed as he left, "Yeah," Sokka said sarcastically.

"Hey, thought we would join you two," Suki shouted, "Hey, so Toph, how's Kursek," Katara sat down and asked, "You know what I'm gonna go to the bathroom," Sokka shot up and left, "What's wrong with him," Suki asked.

"He was just feeling sick, Aang," Zuko signaled Aang as they left to go to the bathroom.

"Dude, you okay," Zuko said, "Yeah, why wouldn't I be," Sokka sounded angry as he washed his face.

"You don't sound okay," Aang said, "WELL I AM!" Sokka shot back at Aang, "Dude, calm the fuck down," Zuko shouted back, "Sorry Aang, I'm just tired," Sokka said bluntly, "It's okay, but I might know what wrong."

Sokka looked puzzled, "YOU LIKE TOPH!" The boys shouted, thank god the bathrooms were sound proof, "Pfffffft, no I don't," Sokka sounded in denial, "Yeah, you do," Zuko teased, "No, she is just a friend," Sokka laughed it off, "Yeah, right," Aang teased him too.

He left the bathroom and decided to get to class early.

He got through the week as hearing the boys tease him and Toph and Kursek giving Sokka the 'oogies'.

Friday

Sokka and Zuko had just finished lacrosse practise and were in the change rooms, "Training was harder today than ever," Zuko laughed, "yeah," Sokka chuckled.

Sokka, Zuko and some of the others had walked back to the field just to pick up some of the equipment. Sokka was picking up the lacrosse sticks as he overheard Kursek talking about Toph.

 "Yeah, I'm only dating her cause she's one of the hottest girls in school, have you seen her ass," Kursek said.

Sokka was fueled with rage, even Sokka noticed.

The girls and Aang had come to see the boys, "What did you say," Sokka was now inches away from Kursek's face, "What's it to you," Kursek looked him straight in the eye, "Sokka, let's go."

"NO! What did you say about her," Sokka sounded more angry than ever, "You heard me southern peasant." That was the last straw and Sokka lost his shit.

Sokka swag a punch at Kursek, who dodged. Kursek then punched Sokka in the stomach and Kursek copped a bleeding nose from Sokka, "Your gonna die, peasant," Kursek ran towards Sokka with blades made of water.

Suddenly, Toph jumped in front of Kursek and he stopped, "Move bitch, gonna finish this loser," Kursek was about to push, "DON'T!" Toph punched his face, "TOUCH!" she pushed him, "HIM!" She gave him the final blow by kicking him in the balls which made him cry.

"Don't ever come near me or my friends either," She walked off the field and rushed back to the room crying.

"Toph!" Suki and Katara ran after her but she was long gone, than turned their attention to Sokka who looked like her broke a few bones.
