"Another one, Sojin."

A glass bottle slides across the table and meets Jungkook's messed up hands. He slowly grabs the bottle of Soju and takes a large sip of it, coughing in the process.

"I think that'll be your last one, mate." The bartender says sympathetically, looking at Jungkook's hands, then at him. Jungkook simply stares blankly into space. His eyes are red and swollen, but remains emotionless as he has yet to process what has happened.

"It was going to be our two year anniversary today." Jungkook whispers. The bartender's look softens. He hesitates, but proceeds to hand him another bottle of Soju, and a bottle of water as well.

"It happens to the best of us, mate." The bartender states. He then turns around and continues to clean.

Jungkook takes another sip of his Soju, this time finishing the bottle. He sighs heavily and proceeds to drink the other bottle the bartender gave him.

"No." Jungkook says blankly. His eyes start to fill up with tears of anger as images of earlier begins to flood his mind. "No it's not." He stands up from his chair and throws a couple of bills onto the counter.

"Wait! Please don't drive under the influence!" The bartender yells, but the boy has already left the bar.

Jungkook marches outside and enters an alley, lunging his fist towards the wall. He punches the wall with full force, not caring about the pain after. He huffs in pure anger and throws another punch.

"Goddamnit, Mitsuri." Jungkook cries out. He punches the wall again, this time he cries out in pain. He looks at his knuckles as they have now started to bleed again. The fact that the girl that he thought he loved stopped him from finishing off the man only led Jungkook to truly believe that he never really knew the girl after all. He knew that the man was close to going unconscious—he saw his eyes dull slowly, but Jungkook wanted more. His anger was so driven that he didn't care if he killed the man or not. He just wanted to make sure that if he can't have her, then no one can.

Jungkook takes a deep breath and swings at the wall again. He yells out due to the pain, and goes limp, sitting against the wall.

His eyes are still full of rage although it's only been a few hours since the incident.

Jungkook just ended his parting speech and steps down the stage until Mitsuri runs towards him and hugs him tightly. She kisses his cheek and grabs his face with her hands.

"I'm so proud of you, Jungkook!" Mitsuri exclaims. "Although I'm a little salty at the fact that you managed to outrank me."

Jungkook laughs wholeheartedly and grabs her hand. "I told you, I'm gonna graduate highschool as valedictorian, not you."

"Namjoon-hyung would've been super mad at me if I didn't." He remarks.

"He isn't wrong."

Namjoon walks towards them and raises an eyebrow at Mitsuri. "He was not going to hear the end of it if he did not graduate as the number one of his class."

Jimin and the rest of the boys proceed to walk next to Namjoon. They all congratulated Jungkook for his efforts.

"Congrats to you too, Mitsuri, for graduating second!" Jimin praises. "Second place is the first loser, though." Taehyung snickers. Mitsuri frowns and smacks Taehyung in the head.

"Tell me something I don't know, you moron."
Mitsuri rolls her eyes.

"Hey, at least Jungkook is finally off to college now! He was the last of us to be in highschool, so this is huge!" Yoongi grins, patting Jungkook in the back.
