All Alone

This is not an update for All Alone. Sorry to disappoint you.

I am working on  a new book 'The Bestie code' which would be coming sooner or later.

So this is just the first chapter. Tell me what you think.

Chapter 1: Casssandra

"Romeo please don't go, you promised you won't, please" Cassandra begged her eyes full of tears,

"I know I promised but I have to go to college, we both have to go our separate ways for the best" He explained gently as he removed his little brief case from the kitchen counter.

If he knew that explaining his exit would be this hard, he would have told her after he had exited then life would be easier and most especially full of less tears.

"If you go, I'll go...out of this planet I can't stay far from you" she threatened picking up a knife from the same counter.

She obviously had been watching too much soap operas and reading a lot of romance novels.

Romeo took a step closer trying to negotiate with her and also pulling the object out of her hand as he gently put it in a cupboard where he assumed it was meant to be.

"If you kill yourself I won't be able to come back for you" he whispered in her ear as he hugged her. But they pulled apart just as a horn honked in the background.

"Fine" She yelled just as he was about to turn to start going, her mascara was not ocean proof so, her face looked worse than a clown's

Romeo looked at the woman before him, even if he didn't plan any of this he didn't expect her to change her mind quickly but he still had to take his chances, sooner or later his flight would be gone and all this drama would just be a waste, not like he wanted a sequel to this drama starring his overly dramatic girlfriend. So he walked to the door and just as he reached the handle she screamed again

"We are over"

Did he look back? Of course not he wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that he was the cause of her misery. It wasn't like they could marry and live happily ever after what could a high school student offer her? He had no job or anything and he always dreamed of going to college.

He didn't want a life full of suffering for her. And she screamed again except this time it was as if she was in pain so he turned to look at her and saw a knife in her chest.

Her last words were

"Sorry"

"SERIOUSLY? SHE DIES? OH COME ON? Why couldn't she wait or something! I swear that girl is crazy" Maya yelled at the television that was now displaying the end credits as she threw her juice box at it.

"We spent the two days watching a movie marathon just to see the main character die?" 'Becca reasoned with her usual calm voice as she threw a popcorn into her mouth.

"He was just going to college like there's no use of killing herself that's the point of phones" Maya yelled louder than the last as she threw all the waste around her at the TV.

Why is Maya being a Cassandra? You may ask.

Oh that's pretty easy.

Convincing her mom to let her have a two day non-stop movie marathon wasn't as easy as it seemed. Having to do nearly all the house chores, run all the errands, read her book, stop watching TV and using her phone and turning herself to her mom's personal maid wasn't as exciting because unlike her sister Keeley, she was the exact opposite of hardworking?
