Spencer and Liz had managed to keep their relationship a secret for two months. That means two months of secretly sharing kisses, holding hands under the table and other things.

The couple stood in Spencer's bedroom, getting ready for another day at BAU. Liz had officially claimed her own drawer in the apartment, and her dog had been staying at Spencer's too. When the pair had to go away for a case, the couple would take the dog to the next door neighbors.

"Don't let the nightmares get to you, baby. Everything will be okay." That and a few other sayings were what Liz grew accustomed to saying every other night when Spencer woke up due to a nightmare, and luckily it hadn't happened the night before.

"Spencer, go make coffee!" Liz whined, her entire lower body in pain as she got ready, scowling at the boy laughing in the kitchen.

She left the bedroom, fully dressed and engulfed the doctor n a hug, pulling away before noticing his tie. "Your tie sucks." She stated, undoing it and redoing it much more neatly.

She wasn't looking right now, but if anyone looked at the couple in that moment, you'd be able to see how much love and adoration Spencer's gaze on her held, it was beautiful. And cliche. And beautiful. Did I already say beautiful?

"I love you." He blurted, Liz's eyes widened slightly as she stepped back a bit. He did? Holy shit she didn't think the moment would be now! Of course she loved him, she loved him more than anything. Why was it so difficult to express? "I'm sorry, Elizabeth. Just forget about it-" Spencer shook his head.

"No. Don't call me Elizabeth. I was just taken aback. I expected that when we'd first say it to eachother it would be romantic, not 20 minutes before work when I'm doing your tie, struggling to stand because of... Yeah."

"You haven't said it back."

"Oh, I forgot! I love you too, Penny." Liz beamed, pulling her boyfriend in for a kiss which was heavily reciprocated. When they pulled away, the girl giggled, wiping his mouth of any lipstick. "You had my lipstick on you, my bad."

"Now that I think about it, you are struggling to stand when I'm not holding you. Hm.. Maybe I should just do.." Spencer trailed off as he picked Liz up, grabbing both of their bags on the way out of his apartment, laughing at her squeals of protest.

The kitchen area was empty, except for Spencer who had his arms wrapped around Liz from behind as she leaned against the counter. The couple sprung away from each other when they heard footsteps near, attempting to act normal. Liz was on her phone and Spencer stirred more sugar into his coffee.

"Easy there, tough guy. Have some coffee with your sugar." Morgan smiled, opening a cabinet. "Oh it's just something to wake me up."

"Late night?"

"Very."

"My man." Morgan clapped a hand on the doctor's back.

"Not that kind of late night." Spencer lied, sneaking a glance at Liz, who'd already been looking at him. She winked. "Ok, so tell me, what does keep young Dr. Reid awake at night? Wait, let me guess. Memorizing some obscure textbook. Working on cold fusion. Watching Star Trek and laughing at the physics mistakes."

"Actually, there aren't that many scientific errors in Star Trek. Especially considering how long ago it was made. There are certain improbabilities, but not that many outright errors." Liz giggled, almost choking on her coffee. "What about you, Bundy? What keeps you up at night?" Morgan turned to the girl.

"All sorts of things, Morgan." She smiled, exiting the room.

"Hey, Morgan. Uh, do you ever have dreams? I guess nightmares would be a more accurate description." Spencer turned the man the moment his girlfriend left.
