Stories with the Clonies

Chapter 2

After the Documentary, young 99 runs home pretending to be an...airplane... holding a blue balloon that says "Spirit of Adventure". "Here's Bric piloting his famous Dirigible!" Narrates Admiral Yularen. As young 99 runs down the sidewalk a black space buggie (Cheyenne: idk, just go with it) drives by honking its horn. Young 99 continues to imitate the Dirigible, "he hurdles Pikes Peak!" Yularen narrates as young 99 jumps over a pebble. "He hurdles the Grand Canyon!" Yularen continues as young 99 jumps over a crack in the sidewalk, "he hurdles Mount Everest." Young 99 tries to jump over a stump but fails and falls onto his back, messing up his goggles a bit. He gets back up and fixes them up, running past the stump "he...goes around Mount Everest! Is there nothing he cannot do? Yes, as Bric himself says: 'Adventure is--."

"Adventure is out there!!" Yells a little girls voice, young 99 stops in his tracks. Looking towards an old abandoned house as the girls voice continues. "Look out! Mount Rushmore! Hard to starboard" young 99 continues to look at the house. Looking at the roof he sees a weather vane that's attached a rope point in different directions. "Must get the Spirit of Adventure over Mount Rushmore...hold together old girl." Young 99 has a little smile growing on his face, as he adventures toward the old house "how're my clones doing?" Asks the little girl to herself, as she pretends to be a clone replying in her lowest voice "doing great general!"  Young 99 looks through the door that's hanging off its hinges and crawls through holding his balloon close to him. "All engines ahead full! Let's get her up to 26,000 feet! Rudders eighteen degrees towards the South!" Orders the young girl to her pretend crew. Young 99 stands up and walks to the room where the voice is coming from "it's a beautiful day, winds out of the east at 10 knots, visibility...unlimited." Young 99 walks quietly into the room hiding behind old wooden boxes "ENTER THE WEATHER IN THE LOGBOOK!!" yells the young girl causing the young clone to hide more. Looking towards where the girl was pointing he sees a little hamster running on its wheel, "oh! There's something down there!" The young girl grabs binoculars and looks through them "I will bring it back for science! Awww it's a Loth Cat!" She admires the cat for a second then panics "Aahh!! No time! A storm! Lightning! Hail!" She numbers off. Young 99 looks at all the old newspapers of Bric that are on a wall beside him, the girls voice fading out.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?" Yells the young girl as she appears right beside young 99 as he turns around. Causing him to startle and let go of his balloon that flies up "don't you know this is an exclusive club?" Questions the young girl as she corners the young clone. "Only explorers, Clones and Jedi get in here, not just any kid off the streets with a helmet and a pair of goggles" she lists off. Young 99 looks up at his goggles as she says the last part then back at the girl. "Do you think you got what it takes?" Questions the girl "well, do you?!?" She yells getting closer causing the young clone to go pink a bit. "I-I-I-wel-l-I-umm" he stutters not able to form words out of shyness and fear. The girl backs up "alright, you're in" she says in a friendlier, softer tone. She sticks her hand out for a shake "welcome aboard" she smiles waiting for the young clone to do the same. But instead he looks down at his hands not saying a word "what wrong? Can't ya talk?" Asks the young girl. Young 99 looks up then back down still not saying a word, the young girl reels back her hand "hey, I don't bite" she softly says. Taking off her helmet showing her static (h/c) hair and smiling crazily causing young 99 to jump back a bit (Cheyenne: that's too funny and cute) the young girls hair going back down to it's (l/s/m) length. "You and me" she starts as she takes off a homemade pin that says 'Grape Soda' "we're in a club now" she finishes saying as she pins it to the young clones outfit. Young 99 looks at the pin then smiles as he looks up at the young girl, her doing the same then she looks up. "I saw where your balloon went come on let's go get it!" She runs off, young 99 following her, then she pops back up "my names (y/n)" she introduces herself, taking the young clones hand leading him to his balloon.

"There it is!" Young (Y/n) points to young 99's balloon which is across the attic in a corner. The only way to get over there is walking on a single wooden plank that's over a giant gap. The young clone gulps and young (y/n) pushes him forward onto the plank "well, go ahead" the young clone doesn't move so young (y/n) pushes him a bit more then backs up crossing her arms. Young 99 looks back at the young girl doubt and fear in his eyes "go on" young (y/n) ushers making a 'go' hand movement smiling. The young clone turns back around with determination in his eyes, he puts on his goggles, lifts up his foot to walk forward but ends up falling through the plank onto the floor below young (Y/n) watches the scene unraveling above.

(Cheyenne: I'm skipping the ambulance scene because...*looks at the video*...it doesn't seem important, plus what do ya want me to say, it's legit one second of it)

In the house of young 99 he's up reading a book in the dark with a flashlight on and his arm in cast. Then from his window a little log that's attached to his balloon flies in, knocking his book. He looks up startled and flinches too fast his arm hitting his body "aahhh!! Ow!" He exclaims looking at his arm then his balloon. "Hey kid!" Yells young (y/n) as she pops up from his window, causing the young clone to do a girlish scream, moving around violently and hit his face with his broken arm "ow" young (y/n) climbs through his window with a book tucked under her arm "thought, you might need a little cheerin up, I got something to show ya!" They then build a little blanket fort. The flashlight being their only source of light "I am about to let you see something, I have never shown to another human being.EVER.IN.MY.LIFE!" Young (y/n) says hiding something behind her back. Young 99's eye widen a bit "you'll have to swear you will not tell anyone" Young 99 nods his head. Young (y/n) not believing that tells the young clone to cross his heart "cross your heart...do it!!" She orders getting closer, eyes narrowed. In fear the young clone crosses his heart and puts up his hand. Young (y/n) smirks and pulls out a book from behind her, the title saying 'My Adventure Book' the young girl puts down the book and opens it up (Cheyenne: like how the clones tell m-- Fives: you can't make those jokes Chey *crosses arms* Cheyenne: *duck sound*!!) Opening the first page. Shows a picture of Bric the Bounty Hunter "you know him?" Asks the young girl pointing to the picture. Young 99 gasp in excitement getting closer to the book to have a better look "Bric former Bounty Hunter, when I get big, I'm going where he's going 'South Mortis' it's like 'Mortis'...but south" explains the young girl as she continues telling how she'll live her life as an adult "wanna know where I'm gonna live?" She flips the page. Showing a picture of 'Paradise Falls' with a hand drawn house on the rocky mountain "Paradise falls, a land lost in time...I ripped this right out of a library book" she explains how she got the picture causing Young 99 to gasp in shock covering his mouth. "I'm gonna move my clubhouse there and park it right next to the falls, who knows what lives up there" she says putting her one hand under her head and the other close to her mouth. She turns back to Young 99 "and once I get there..." she flips the page to reveal blank pages for all the adventures she's going to have "well, I'm leaving these pages for all the adventures I'm gonna have. Only...I just don't know how I'm gonna get to Paradise Falls" she puts her head down and thinks about how to get there. Young 99 sits up and looks around his room, his eyes landing on a toy ship. Young (y/n) sits up and turns to where the young clone is looking and gets an idea "that's it! You can take us to in a ship! Swear you'll take us, cross your heart! Cross it! Cross your heart!" Demands Young (Y/n). Young 99 crosses his heart and putting his left hand in fear "good, you promised no backing out" Young (Y/n) does a little glare at the young clone making him shake his head.

The young girl closes her book and runs towards the window "well, see you tomorrow kid! Bye 'Adventure is out there!!" She yells once out of the room. She disappears but comes back popping her head up "you know, you don't talk very much...I like you!!" She yells again before disappearing again. Young 99 comes to the window and watches the young girl run home in awe "wow" he sighs leaning on his balloon causing it to pop, which leads him to screaming and falling down onto the floor.
                                                                     

A/N: Sorry that took forever everyone I was just dealing with stuff and I have limited devices to work on since my younger siblings are using my chromebook and tablet for school. And I use those for watching the videos as I type down the chapters.
