24. Oh god no...

Harry pov:
The next morning started weird.
Wendy came again and I swallowed.
"Is something wrong?" I asked.
Wendy grinned.
"Don't worry."
That's not helping!
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I'm just doing my job. So don't worry."
"That's not really helping."
"Good."
"What?"
Wendy rolles her eyes and this was weird.
A wrong kind of weird!
Wendy grinned evilish...
"Ehh... What are you doing?" I asked when she was doing stuff with that IV bag thing.
"Making sure that you won't cause any trouble."
"Why would I cause any trouble? I'm litterally in a hospital because of the fact that I had a knife in my chest."
"Don't play games. Your father was injured and when I trued to help him, he nearly killed me."
"I'm nothing like my dad."
"Oh really?"
"Yea!"
"I'm not making that same mistake again."
"Wha-"
"I hope you like sleeping."
But when she said that, I felt like everything around me faded and my eyes closed.

Mal po:
Ben walked to me.
"I thought you said that you wouldn't tell anyone!"
"Oh come on. Your mother was worried about you."
"But you promised me."
"She asked five times. I said four times that I promised you not to tell anyone but she begged me the fifth time."
"It's just so embarrasing..."
"Embarrasing?
"Yea, really embarrasing."
"Like you could help it."
"It was humiliating."
"Ben, look at me. You are the king of Auradon. You're perfect no matter what."
"Thanks Mal... That means a lot..."
Ben looked at me and we both knew what happend.
I did a hand between our faces.
"Don't you dare to kiss me."
"Got it."
That was awkward...
"Thanks that you didn't tell my dad though..." Ben said.
"I'm not stupid."
Ben grinned.
"How are you holding up?"
"What do you mean?"
"When Harry is healed, that he'll go back to the isle."
"Oh. That."
"Yea... Are you really okay?"
"Honest? No... I always had yhe feeling that the two of us couldn't be together and now we'll be separated again..."
I felt tears coming up but I wasn't going to cry! Not next to Ben!
"That's rough... Love is hard on the isle huh..."
"Technically, it's kinda forbidden."
"You're kidding?"
"I wish..."
"I'm so sorry that you've been through all that."
"It's fine..."
One tear fell down my cheek and I whiped it away quickly.
"It's clearly not fine."
"I get it that Harry misses his sisters and the sea three... It's just like... Like the universe doesn't want Harry and I ending up together..."
"That's not true."
"How do you know that?"
"Can I tell you a secret?"
"Sure..."
And he whispered something in my ear.
"Now you're kidding?"
"I'm not. But don't tell anyone."
"I promise."
"Good."
"Hey, you're not wearing your Auradon ring."
"I'm not?"
He looked at his hand.
"I probably dropped it at the hospital... I'll go search for it."
"Goodluck."
"Thanks." and he ran off.

Ben pov:
So I was back at the hospital and went to the room.
"Hey Harry. Just looking for my Auradon ring. How are you holding up by the way?"
I walked the the bed I used the past days and saw the ring laying on the floor.
But Harry never respond.
I picked up the ring and turned.
"Harry?"
Again, no response.
I walked to him.
"Dude?" I gave him a little push.
He wasn't responding at all! Something was wrong.
I pressed on the red button and a nurse walked in, not Wendy.
"What's going on?" she asked.
"He's not responding to anything." I said.
The nurse pushed me aside and looked at the IV and the monitor.
"Oh goblins!" she said.
She had this earpiece in and clicked on it.
"Code blue in room 25B. I repeat Code blue in room 25B."
Then she turned to me.
"Please leave this room and wait outside."
And I stood outside before I could say a thing.
"Dammit I need to call Mal!"
I took my phone out my pocket and searched for Mal's number.
"Hey Ben-"
"Mal! Come at the hospital now!"
"What's wrong?"
"Just come, I'll fill you in once you're here."
"I'm on my way."
I hang up and sighed.
"What the hell is going on..."
