37. Cheer championship (part 2)

Harry pov:
So apperently Mal ran off.
I was looking for her like, everywhere.
But then she vame walking back... with Ben.
I sighed and walked to her.
"Mal, where have you been? I've been looking for you like everywhere."
"I'm sorry Harry. I just needed a moment to calm down."
"Yea... I get that. Seabrook is almost done and then there is a five minute break."
"Okay. Jane, Cassy, Tiana, Jordan, come here for a sec."
Ben walked away and the four girls walked to us.
"Mal, are you okay?" Jane asked.
"Yes I'm fine. I have a plan."
"What is it?" Jordan asked.
"Cassy, bring the music of Fired up to the music guy."
"On it."
"Tiana, tell the other girls that we're sticking to our old plan."
"On my way."
"Jane, Jordan, we're gonna own this place!"
"Hell yea!" Jordan said.
"Yes!" Jane said.
I looked at Mal.
"I'd almost though that you'd be the cheer captain."
"What? No." Mal said.
"Well... Technically... You're replacing Audrey." Jane said.
"And Audrey was cheer captain... So technically you'd acctually be cheer captain." Jordan said.
I grinned and Mal rolled her eyes.
"Enough chit chat. We've got a cheer championship to win!"
"Yea!" All the cheer girl said.
I looked at Mal.
"Goodluck." and I kissed her.
"See you later."

Mal pov:
Me and the other girls got ready. Just a minute and we were up.
"So everyone knows the plan?" I asked and everyone nodded.

And we were going to do that dragon move in the music break.
We were anouched and we did our plan.
When rhe music break came, I was nervous.
But the dragom went well and we finished our cheer routine.
Jane and Jordan ran to me.
"That was amazing!"
"We acctually did it!"
I smiled and the anoucher swallowed.
"Looks like the Auradon squad aren't that big losers anymore. The judges will know the winner in 15 minutes."
We ran off stage and the others loomed at us.
"Omg M! That was so epic!" Evie said and she hugged me.
"You guys were really impressive." Jay said.
"That was so cool!" Carlos said.
Jane grinned.
"Thanks to Mal!"
"Yea, you should stay in the cheer squad. You are amazing!" Jordan said.
"I don't know... I'll think about it." I said.
Harry rolled his eyes and I gave him a playfull punch against his shoulder.
"Hey, what did I deserve that for?"
"You know why."
He grinned and Evie looked thoughtfully from me to Harry.
"Okay...?" she said.

Ben pov:
"Look, they're gonna anouch the winners!" I said and everone went silence.
"After tonight, the judges chose the winner. And that is Sea- wait. It's not Seabrook. It's Auradon!"
"We won?" Mal said softly.
"We won!" Jane yelled.
"Yessss!!!" Jordan said.
The girl eent on stage to get their trophy and Harry grinned.
"I knew that Mal could do it."
"Don't you mean the squad?" I said.
"Nope."
Evie laughed and Carlos grinned.
"Hey, I think the girls are going to have their cheet party later. Mabey the five of us should hang out?" I asked.
"Sure." Jay said
"Yea why not?" Carlos asked.
"Okay." Evie said.
"So Harry, what about you?" I asked.
"Sure, like Carlos said, why not?"
"Nice going!" Evie said.
Those four left and I looked at the cheer girls. They did it. I wanted to follow the other four but-
"Hey Ben! Wait." Mal said and she walked to me.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing. But I owe you something."
"What do you mean?"
"Everything is on track, give this guy his guts back."
And she moved her vinger left, right, up and down.
I could acctually feel (without using my hands!) that it was back.
"Mal... Thanks..."
"No problem."
