CHAPTER 25 | THE TRUTH
"Mitch," I mentioned her name.
All of us were surprised because of her sudden appearance. I don't know what she's going to do. Is this still all about Race?
Mitch looked unbothered and started walking slowly like she owned the place.
"Are you ready to know the truth?" she asked that made my brow raised.
She's really going to ruin our night.
"Mitch! Stop it. You're so embarrassing," I told her. Napaka eskandalosa.
People started gathering in one place.
"Bakit? I'm just here to prove you that I'm not a loser," Mitch answered me.
"Stop it, Mitch. We're not playing here," Clark interrupted.
"Tinatawag niyo 'kong duwag tapos natatakot din pala kayong makausap ako dito," Mitch bravely said.
"Walang nagsabing duwag ka. Assuming ka lang," sagot ko.
"Talaga ba? Hindi mo maamin kasi mang-aagaw ka rin," she said it in front of me that made me pissed.
Inalis ko ang pagkakahawak kay Clark at lumapit sa kanya. Mitch raised her brow to me but I just slapped her face so hard.
"If this is still about Race then please go away. You're not invited," agad na sabi ko habang hindi siya makapaniwala sa sampal ko.
Race immediately ran to us and stopped me.
"Wow, Race. Thank you for saving me for another slap," Mitch playfully said that made me feel uncomfortable.
The whole place was filled with silence and disbelief. There are so many people and something like this happened!
"Mitch! What are you trying to do? You're really like your mom. You always create mess," my mom suddenly approached while Race's parents also walked towards our direction.
"Good evening, tita" mapaglarong bati ulit ni Mitch sa ina ko.
"The guards are here, hija" mahinahon ang boses ni mommy pagkatapos makita ang apat na guwardiya sa malaking pintuan.
"I'm not afraid, tita." sagot niya kaya palaban na lumapit ang mommy ko sa kanya.
"Don't call me tita. Hindi bagay sa katulad mong eskandalosa," my mom said that made our mouth formed an 'o'.
"Bakit? Hindi ba eskandalosa ka rin noon?" Mitch fired back that made my mom changed her expression.
