"Did you put an end to Meliodas?" Fraudin asks, sitting, one leg crossed over the other.

"Did I ever! I also got rid of the other annoying little flies along with him. But it's a disappointment. It wasn't much of an ending for the heretic who rocked the Demon race in the past." the Commandment of Truth says, laying lazily down on a branch of the destroyed castle.

"And, I've got some news for you, Zeldris."

The Commandment of Piety sits up straighter, not bothering to respond. However, this news certainly wasn't what he was expecting.

"I saw your lover, Salomea." he says.

Zeldris's breath hitches, the Demon gulping, trying to stay calm. "How? I thought she was dead!"

"We all did, apparently. But that doesn't matter anymore. I put an end to her, too." the Demon says offhandedly, immediately regretting it.

Zeldris leaps down in front of him, looking furious, and behind him, Galand could see that Gloxinia also looks the same. "You WHAT!" they yell in unison.

Galand raises his arms, looking disconcerted. "I did you a favour, Zeldris."

"Yeah, getting rid of that bitch did all of us a favour." Melascula pipes up from behind.

"Stay out of this, Melascula." Zeldris growls, before kicking Galand off the tree, the Demon yelling in pain, before dusting his hands off. "I'll deal with him later."

"Hawk's mama! We're making a temporary stop!" Meliodas yells, and the giant green pig comes to an abrupt halt.

"Meliodas, what's the sudden hold-up?! You gotta take a dump?!" Hawk screeches. I shake my head.

"Captain, let's hurry up and go-" King cuts himself off, gasping and turning to face North.

"What the...? What are these three unfamiliar vibes I feel coming from afar?"

"It's the Ten Commandments and some party I don't recognise, but... it seems they're battling. On the Ten Commandments' side is..." Meliodas says.

"Galand. And Monspeet." I continue. "The other one is emitting a magic I'm not familiar with."

Suddenly, I gasp.

"M...Madam! Lady Salomea! Was that intense evil... what I think it was?" Slader asks, stuttering.

"Yes. It seems they've picked up on our presence." Merlin responds.

Hawk then makes a comment about how they smelt us out, and I sigh, realising just who recognised us.

"Of all the people, it had to be him who noticed us." I sigh.

Suddenly, I notice something.

"Captain! A mass of incredible magic is speeding towards us!" King yells.

"It will arrive in ten seconds." Gowther adds.

"Hawk's mom! About face and full speed ahead!" Melio yells, and the pig does just that.

"The magic's changed its course of direction! It's onto us!" Slader yells. Damn you, Monspeet.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Here it comes!" Hawk screams.

"It's an attack cast specifically for me. If I use Full Counter on it, I'll give away that I'm still alive and our exact location, but it's my only option." Meliodas says, drawing Lostvayne.

"No, Melio." I say calmly. "I'll absorb it. It'll be harder to notice, but better they know I'm alive than you."

Suddenly, Hawk's mom turns, heading straight for the blast.

"Hawk's mom?" I ask the pig, which, yes, I know, is a stupid thing to do. "What are you doing?"

Suddenly, the pig opens her mouth, and poof! Swallows the blast. Wow. Just, wow.

Later, we're all gushing over it.

"That was incredible!" I yell, petting the pig. She snorts and continues walking.

"Captain, I suggest we change our course." Merlin suggests. Hmm, I can't feel Diane's presence anymore. That's probably why.

"Hmm?" is her only response.

"W...wait, Merlin! That's not what we decided!" King yells, distraught. Poor boy. "If you guys don't want to go look for Diane, I'll go by myself."

"I understand how you feel, but calm down, King." the image of Merlin states, hands on her hips. "Diane and the tremendous presence that was fighting two of the Ten Commandments have disappeared. It's possible that they're both safe. But if we approach too carelessly now, we'll only end up putting Diane in more danger."

Huh, so that's what's happened.

"I swear we'll save Diane!" I say, stepping closer and quickly hugging King.

"Yeah, all of the Eight Deadly Sins will!" Meliodas says. "So, Merlin, if you want us to change course, do you have an idea of where we should go?"

"Right now, it's most important that we build up our strength for our battle against the Ten Commandments. To that end... we get back your power, Captain. And yours too, Salomea."

"Get back Meliodas-sama's power?" Elizabeth questions.

"I mean the power I took from the Captain, and the power Salomea gave to me... ten years ago, when we were driven out of the Kingdom." Merlin replies chillingly.

"Where is it now?" I ask eagerly. Perhaps a little too eagerly.

"Yes, well... it's not too far from here." Merlin answers. "In the holy land of the forest sages, the druids. Istal."
