Anime: My Hero Academia
Pairing: Hotwings (Touya Todoroki x Keigo Takami)
Mentioned: TodoDeku (Shouto Todorki x Izuku Midoryia)

"Touya says he'll be home in about ten minutes," Fuyumi Todoroki says from across the kitchen where she had picked up Keigo Takami's phone when it sounded with a text.
"Do you think you can plate and set things up yourself?" She questioned to Keigo. "Yeah, I can, thank you for your help with dinner Fuyumi," Keigo chirped. "No problem, now, come give me a hug." The pair hugged goodbye and Keigo walked her to the front door of his luscious apartment.
He turned his back to the heavy wooden door, making his way through the hallway, lined with assorted paintings and framed photos of him and his husband, Touya Todoroki. He took a quick glance at his favorite before entering the kitchen, it was a photo of him and Touya with all of Touya's siblings and his mother in the courtyard of her apartment complex, they were all smiling and dressed nicely for the picnic they had that day. The picture has been taken courtesy of Natsuo Todoroki, who has taken up a photography hobby.

They had managed to discharge Rei, Touya's mother, from the institution she was in and mover her far away from the city about six months ago. It broke her heart to be so far away from her children, but she'd have a better life hidden away from Enji, Touya's, frankly shit father. That was an issue for another time though.

His feet padded against the wooden floor, admiring the kitchen, white marble countertops, and beautiful dark walnut wood. He pulled their best plates, a wedding gift from Shouto and his fiancé Izuku Midoryia, out of the China cabinet, setting them on the kitchen island along with the white tablecloth to go over their window seated table. Next, he went for the wine glasses, of which they had many, but he pulled out a pair of simple ones. Then the silverware and the candlesticks.

He set the table near the window, the cozy one they usually ate breakfast at, he had decided that would be more intimate than their grand dining table in the dining room. He was playing the last bit of their dinner as he heard the front door open and a pair of keys drop in their key dish.
"Keigo! I'm home!" Touya's rich voice called through the hallway. Keigo made his way for the hall, setting the pot he was holding on the island, using his wings to pick up a little speed.

"Welcome home dear. How was your day?" Keigo asked, meeting his husband, who was placing his sneakers on their shoe mat.
"It was pretty good, kinda slow, but overall good, ended up teamed up on a call with Izuku," Touya finished, planting a kiss to his husband's lips.
"How was your day off birdie?" He asked as the pair made their way to the kitchen.
"It was nice, very relaxing."
"Oh my, it smells delicious in here, Keigo you've outdone yourself," Touya said, taking in the table.
"Thank you, dear. What's in the bag?"
"Oh, I forgot I had it. I picked up a little something on my way home," Touya said, handing the bag over to Keigo. From the bag, Keigo pulled a bottle of  Zinfandel from Napa Valley over in the U.S.

"This must have cost a fortune! Where did you find this?" Keigo exclaimed.
"Just a favor I had to cash in, saved a winery from a break in a few weeks back, they offered me a free bottle from anywhere in the world, they'd find it and call it in," Touya explained.
"This will pair perfectly with dinner," Keigo said as he went to grab their bottle opener.
"Speaking of which, what're we having?" Touya asked, peaking under the lid over the plate.
"Strozzapreti with roasted tomatoes," Keigo answered, lifting the lids off the plates and setting them aside before taking his seat.
"How long did it take Fuyumi to teach you to say that?"
"You would dare accuse me of having my sister-in-law help prepare our romantic evening?"
"Birdie, she posted a picture of the kitchen on her Snapchat."
"Damn it," Keigo mumbled under his breath before taking a bite of pasta.

"Delicious pasta, the sunset, our wedding China, pretty bird, like I said before, you have outdone yourself," Touya said before taking a sip of his wine, the setting sun warming his face. Keigo blushed in response, reaching his hand across the table. Touya took his hand, rubbing his thumb over Keigo's wedding band.
"It's a shame you can't wear one," Keigo sighed.
"I know Keigo, but we both know I'd melt it," Touya chuckled.

"So what else does my birdie have planned for this evening?"
"Dancing."
"Dancing this early?"
"Actual dancing Tou," Keigo said, rolling his eyes.
"I'd be down for a little dancing later," Touya said with a suggestive waggle of his eyebrows.
"We'll see hotcakes."
They took their time cleaning up from dinner, mostly to ensure that the plates didn't get broken or a candle tipped and set the apartment on fire.

Touya escorted Keigo to their lavish living room, the city skyline lighting up the night.
Keigo went to pick the dancing music from his selection of records as Touya pushed the walnut coffee table away from the center of the room. A soft classical piece came from the record player as Keigo made his way over to his lover, flapping his wings a bit to give him a lift to Touya's lips. Touya had set the dimmer switch on their lights just about as low as it could go, mimicking the candlelight from dinner.

Touya took Keigo by the waist, Keigo reaching up to put a hand on Touya's shoulder, their other hands holding each other's. The pair spun and swayed together, being careful to avoid the grey suede couch and end chairs. Their feet couldn't forget the classical dance training The Academy had put them through, even if they tried.
"Thank you for this beautiful evening," Touya said as their last dancing song played out.
"Thank you for marrying me," Keigo chirped with praise, putting a kiss to his lover's lips. "Wouldn't have missed it for the world birdie."

______
Hello and welcome to part four of this obsession. Thanks for bearing with me as I go through the motions. We might go back in time for the next piece when Izuku gets to meet Touya. I also imagine they have fun on calls where they get teamed up, likewise with Touya and Shouto.
I get the Pro Hero Touya might not make sense to a lot of you, but I kinda cast it as a feeling of needing to right his wrongs, ya know?
Anyways, here's this, hope you enjoyed it.
I also came up with the nickname "hotcakes" cause I was hungry for pancakes. That's a fun little insight into my smooth Jello brain.
Also, I spent so much time researching wine for this it made my brain want to explode.
Ok, I'm done now. I'll be back later with something else.
