Title : 3/5 Title is ok but it is not a catchy one. You should find something which will gain the attention of your reader.
Cover : 2.5/5 Cover should be attractive as it is the first impression on your readers and in your case it is normal not at all attractive and those images which you used all are blur. Title of the story is also not written properly on cover.
Blurb : 0/5 Blurb is not given.
Grammar : 4/5 Little bit of grammatical mistakes but it's ok it can be ignored, punctuation is also proper, please don't use emoticons while writing a story.
Length : 8/10 Everything is described properly, every emotions are expressed perfectly but i guess in middle you drag a lot due to which reader may lost track.
Plot/storyline : 9/10 Plot is very emotional and you wrote it perfectly. Only one or two questions arise in my mind while reading but it's ok.
Overall impression : 9/10 Overall story is very nice and I personally liked it alot but it is a little bit longer to read and if possible then please write stories in normal font.
