Ch. 2 [chit chatting]

I just got back from camping just now so i am super tired right now. I hope that doesn't make this chapter really boring or bad!! If it is im super sorry!!!!

As i walked back over to my friends confusion began to set in. Did that actually happen? Was that just one of my far too realistic day dreams? Emma seemed to notice the confused look on my face and asked if I was okay.

"Yea-yeah I am totally." I said shortly.

"What did they need in the office y/n?" Dan asked walking up from his chair a few people down.

"Uhh- they want to put my character and draco together, so they want me and tom to hang out more I guess."

"Well that's not so bad, right?" Emma asked.

"No, I suppose not. We better get highlighting though!" I said awkwardly.

Emma and I walked outside once the producers called an end to the table read doing our normal post-reunion catch up. With Emma living is Oxfordshire and me in London it can be hard to see each-other when we aren't in the middle of filming.

"So, anything new I should know about" I asked leaning on the railing outside the studio.

"I think I want to go to university after filming is finished soon. I talked to my parents and they are onboard with using my money from filming for it!"

" Oh my Gosh that's amazing! I always knew you would do big things! I am proud of you!" I said hugging her, she really has a school brain.

The two of you continued catching up talking about things that happened at school while the two of you were apart. Exchanging horror stories and embarrassing moments until Tom came up behind Emma saying hello to her first and exchanging small talk with both of us.

After excusing herself Emma left to go to a meeting with the costume designers to get her fittings done. Now being left alone you both just kind of looked at the ground awkwardly.

"Hey uh, we might want to get going y/n, if your ready of course?" Tom asked you wearily.

Since he's 17 and I'm only 16 he offers to drive and we walk to his car. Still awkward as hell. Finally we get there and the tension begins to let up.

"Sooo..." He says trying to start. "What has been your favorite movie to do so far?"

"I think Goblet of fire, I liked the set for the Yule Ball and getting to be dressed up in the pretty dresses. What about for you?"

"I think same for me. But because I thought the sets were really something. I like to think about the magic behind all the movies and everything that goes into it. I-I thought you looked really pretty in your Yule Ball outfit by the way."

"You did? Thank you." I said giving him a shy smile and slightly blushing. "Okay but for real now, least favorite scene?"

"100% when I got turned into a ferret, it may not have been real but ill never look at my platinum hair again" Tom said with a slight giggle in his voice.

"Oh my gosh, that one was so funny though when we finally saw it on screen I couldn't stop laughing. You have to admit it was pretty funny." I said laughing again thinking back at the memory.

"I guess I must say it was pretty funny, which is your favorite book though?" Tom said, surprising you with how easy this suddenly got.

"Obviously Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets any other answer has to be wrong!"
