Ch 14

TONY POV:

Chase and I were planning to go to the beach today but I asked him if Nick could come.  I really want to spend more time with him and I want Chase to spend some time with him too... not too much time though.  Chase agreed happily so I texted Nick.

if you wanted to come.  what

um, sure! that sounds like fun!
but are you sure that you want
me to come?

of course i'm sure!! why else
would i ask you? Anyway, i'll
pick you up soon!

I'm so happy that Nick agreed to come!  I told Chase and he was excited as well.  We both started to get ready, Chase finished before me.  I know we are going to the beach but I still want to look good.  Chase and I decided to pack a cooler and some snacks as well.  Once we finished, we got in the car and headed over to Nick's house.

NICK POV:

I waited outside on my porch for Tony to come pick me up.  I just played on my phone until they arrived.

When they pulled up, Tony got out and greeted me with a hug.  Naturally, I hugged back.  He had been hugging me for awhile so I decided to say something.

"Um Tony... you can let go now."

"Oh right... sorry."

He pulled away and helped me put my stuff in the trunk.  He opened the back seat door for me and I thanked him. 

"Oh hey Nick, what's up!?" Chase asked me.

"Not much..."

"Chase is auxing is that okay?" Tony asked me.

"Yeah sure, I don't care."

"Cool!" Chase is exclaimed.

Tony looked at me with a sympathetic look
through his rear-view mirror. I'm not so sure why, but I just smiled back reassuring him. 

When we arrived at the beach, we got out and grabbed what was necessary.  We started towards the beach and found a perfect spot that didn't have many people near it.  We set up our chairs and started putting on sunscreen.  I was kind of shy to ask someone to do my back, but I got over it.

"Hey T, can you get my back?" I asked Tony.

"Only if you do mine," he replied.

"Sure."

He came over to me and started rubbing my back with the sunscreen.  Just his touch made my face heat up... I was blushing like crazy, but I couldn't help it.  I longed for contact, his contact. When he finished he handed me the sunscreen. I started doing the same for him.  Once I was done, he ran off to the water like a little kid.  I laughed at his actions.

"Hey Nick... um, since he ran away, would you put sunscreen on my back?"

"Yeah for sure."

"Thank you."  he said, smiling.

"No problem."

It was silent until he broke it...

"So Nick... I have been wondering... and it's totally okay if you don't want to answer this but... are you straight."
