Ch 20

TONY POV:

I got up and Nick wasn't next to me.  Is he ok?  I feel like I would've felt him get up.  My heart started racing.  I got up and threw some sweats on.  I checked our bathroom, but he wasn't there. I checked the kitchen and the living room.  I even went down to the basement, he wasn't there.  I walked out to our porch and looked out onto the beach, and there he was, sitting there, by himself.  I walked out there.

"Nick?" I asked.  He didn't answer.  His head was face down, forehead on his knees, and his arms wrapped around his legs.  I sat next to him and hugged his wrapped up body. He got really stiff under my touch. Weird.

"Baby what's wrong... please tell me..." I asked him. He looked at me with tear stained eyes.

"Aww nicky..." I said pulling him into a side hug.  He got stiff again.

"I-,"

"You can tell me anything..." I said, reassuring him.

"I f-feel like I'm not good enough for you.  I mean, you're so amazing and you do so much for me.  I had a dream, and everyone was telling me how you were too good for me and that I wasn't enough... and I just, I-,"

I was shocked.  Of course he's good enough... he's more than enough.

He continued after a second of wiping some tears, "I- I just can't... and then... you left me..."

"Hey... look at me," I said to him, he turned and I put my hand under his chin, "You are more than enough.  I could even say that I'm not good enough for you.  You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.  You are my favorite person on this entire planet.  I-i love you teddy bear... and I don't want you to ever forget it."

"I... I love you too!  Please don't ever leave me..."

"I won't, princess." I said pulling him in for a kiss.  I love him.  I love him with all my heart.  I have never felt this for anyone before.  This is love.  This is what it feels like.  Butterflies whenever he's around. Wanting to protect him always, wanting to give him the world.  He seriously must be tired from running through my mind all day. (😼)

"Okay baby... we have to go get ready for Universal! Let's have another fun day, come on..." I said as I got up, he smiled.  I grabbed his hand and helped him up.  He started giggling and pulling me towards the house, we ran to the house together, hand-in-hand.  We walked inside and everyone was eating breakfast already.

NICK POV:

"Hey lovebirds," Ryland said to us.  I blushed thinking about the recent events.

"Hey guys," Tony replied, "What's for breakfast?"

"We got waffles, breakfast potatoes, and sausages, thanks to Noen."

"Aw thanks Noen," I said to him.

"No problem, I hope y'all like it." he said.

We all finished eating and then got ready for Universal.  Tony and Ondreaz know someone who works there so we got a discount on our passes. 

Me, Ondre, Ryland, and Tony got into the bigger car while Noen and Chase went in the smaller, two-person car.

TONY POV

We arrived at Universal and we decided to visit the Production Central first.  The first thing we did was the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, courtesy of Nick and Noen.  He must have liked the Despicable Me movies... now that I mention it, I do remember watching one with him when we were younger.  I swear he is a little kid in a big kid's body.  We finished and he really liked the ride. As we walked out I saw a Transformers ride, I used to love Transformers as a kid, and Nick knew that.  He saw the look on my face and smiled.  He pulled me over to it as the others followed. 

Once we finished all the rides in the Production Central we  wandered over to the 'New York' section.  Which has one of my favorite rides in the park... Revenge of the Mummy.  (A/N: just like Disney World, i haven't been to Universal Studios, Orlando, BUT i have been to Universal Studios Hollywood and that ride is actually my favorite) After we finished all the rides, we headed to the 'San Francisco' section.  We didn't spend much time there, as it consisted mostly of places to eat.  We did sit down to have a little lunch, which was actually really good.  After lunch we checked out what was there and then it was time for one of my favorite places in the park.  The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Our group walked in and I immediately saw the butter beer stand.  I brought our group over to the bench and told them to stay there. 

"Ok, Chase and Ondreaz, come with me." I said to them.

Nick got up and gave me a hug.

"Where are you going?" he asked me with puppy dog eyes, "Don't leave me."

I chuckled, rubbing his back.

"I'll be right back bubs, I'm bringing you one of my favorite drinks ever, okay?" I whispered to him.

"Okay," he whispered back.  I kissed his head and the three of us left to get in the butter beer line. (A/N: if you didn't know, it's not actually beer hahha)

We brought back 6 cups, one for everyone.  I watched as Nick tried his.  His eyes lit up.

"Wow Tony, this is really good!!" he said.

"I know," I replied, laughing slightly.

"Ok can we go do the harry potter rides now!?" Dre asked excitedly.  He loves Harry Potter.

~time skip because this is probably getting really boring LMAO,  parade time🤪~

The group found a good spot to watch the parade on the route from our map.  Nick sat next to me with his head on my shoulder and my arm around him.

NICK POV

We watched all the pretty floats passed by and there were so many lights. It was beautiful.  I just sat there i  the arms of my love.

We arrived home and I pretended to be asleep so Tony would carry me. Today was a really good day.
