It had been a week since Namjoon had dared to kiss the Goddess of Harvest. It had been his first... not that he wanted to give it a significant meaning but it was the only reason why things had been far more awkward between them.

"Can I please have some of that wine?" Seokjin pointed at the bottle next to Namjoon. He would usually never use polite terms such as 'please' or 'thank you'. He was a Goddess, he didn't need to be polite to anyone. But if he had reached for the bottle himself, he would be closer to Namjoon. Yet, suddenly the thought of Namjoon being the one that moved closer to him made him even more nervous. So, he decided to lean forward and take the wine bottle himself. He was shocked when he lifted the bottle at the same time as Namjoon. Their fingers brushing against each other. The foreign sensation ran along his skin. Seokjin didn't know if he was being pricked by thorns or bathed in rose petals.

The Goddess was the first to let go. Yes, battling Titans was difficult, but it was even harder to fight the drumming in his chest. He was ill. He had probably caught a disease. He had been too involved with the lives of the humans, perhaps Pandora's curse was affecting him as well. "Can we talk about this?" Namjoon said softly.

"Talk about what?" The Goddess decided to play ignorant.

"You're avoiding me. You're not talking to me like before." Namjoon sighed, he poured the Goddess a cup of wine and then brushed his hair back in frustration. But all Seokjin could focus on was the fear in his eyes. "Just talk about it, if you're angry. If you hate me, just say it. Because... I can't stand living as if I don't exist to you."

"I..." He wasn't angry at all. Seokjin would bicker with Namjoon over little things but he would never be truly mad. He only felt shy about something he couldn't explain. Why couldn't Namjoon understand him?

Seokjin got up, he wanted to make a dumb excuse but he couldn't think of something. Namjoon was always close, it was clear he was trying to talk to him. "I'm going to play some music." Seokjin said as he avoided the human once more. He began to strum the harp strings gently, facing the wall to avoid Namjoon's gaze. The Goddess had only managed to play for a few moments until he realised he had been playing a few notes wrong. "The harp is broken." He defended himself as he threw it onto the bed.

Namjoon knelt before the Goddess, holding Seokjin's hand and bringing it up to his cheek. The moment was so tender and it only confused Seokjin more. "If you're angry, slap my face to vent your wrath."

"I refuse to hit you." Seokjin yelled as he moved his hand away. "I probably caught an illness. My heart feels like it's racing too much and I feel as though I have a fever."

The human held his hand to Seokjin's forehead, he was immediately concerned. He crouched so he could pull out their emergency stash of silver from under the bed. "We are going to the physician now." He ordered as he stood up,

Seokjin pulled his hand back. "No! This only happens when I'm around you." The Goddess already felt his skin tingle from the touch. "When we touch... I feel like I'm always running out of breath." He looked away shyly, his cheeks rosy. "So, you shouldn't be too close."

"I see." Namjoon said as he sat on the bed next to the Goddess. "But did you hate it... the kiss?"

"I did not dislike it..." Seokjin admitted. "But..."

"I understand, in that case your illness can be cured." Namjoon said. The Goddess's immediate reaction was to hug Namjoon in delight. He felt like all his worries had reduced somehow. Seokjin was relieved.

"Really? How?"

The human walked over to the bed and laid down, tucking himself under the sheets. "But it's late, we should go to sleep."
