"Why are you looking at me like that?" Seokjin frowned. He had been running around the house, the Goddess was packing a small cloth bag in preparation to leave for the Summit. Inside were a few pieces of bread, a sack of water and a few silver pieces. Not that he needed the things he was bringing. In Namjoon's eyes he would be leaving for a few months, though for Seokjin it would be only a few hours. Seokjin found it difficult to examine Namjoon's expression, he sat down at their wooden table with a cup of water in his hands. The human looked up, those eyes fierce but soft. The Goddess could stare at them all day. This look was proving difficult to decode.
"Are you going to answer me?" Seokjin repeated. But Namjoon remained silent. "Do you want me to bring something back? There are medical books I can get for you, haven't you taken an interest in medicine lately?" The Goddess tilted his head slight as he watched Namjoon walk over to him, he breathed in slowly. "Hurry back as soon as you can." The human whispered softly.
Seokjin knew what this sorrowful tone meant, Namjoon was sad. He stepped away from the human, ruffling his hair gently as he wondered how he could console such sadness. "This summit is very important, you cannot lure me into staying." He had planned this meticulously, Namjoon just had to wait here. Why was he finding it difficult? Instead of arguing Seokjin nodded. "I'll comply with your wishes and before you know it I'll be back again." The Goddess lifted his bag and carried it on his shoulder, it was time to leave.
As Seokjin opened the wooden door of their little cottage he felt Namjoon wrap his arms around his waist, his head resting on the crook of the Goddess' neck. The moonlight glimmering against his skin, he could see their hot breaths form a light mist. It was winter in both the Heavens and on Earth, but the Goddess felt a swarming heat rise to his cheeks. His whole body claimed by Namjoon in such an innocent way. The floral fields weren't out of sight, he could see a glaze of frost on their petals. It was a wonderous field of flowers that weren't affected by winter.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" Seokjin could feel the words tickle along his neck, his ears were surely like ruby cosmos. There was something particularly different, not that Seokjin could understand what it was. The Goddess hadn't realised Namjoon was insinuating something. Instead he could only feel his heart beating loudly in his chest. His mouth failed to speak. Seokjin looked up as Namjoon leaned a lot closer to him. He was locked in the gaze of those dragon eyes.
Suddenly, the Goddess realised what he had to do. "Ah." He quickly turned around and embraced Namjoon tightly. "You must have higher powers to realise I need this the most." He giggled. Demeter was in a far better mood. He was slightly surprised when he heard Namjoon laugh. "When you return, I'll be expecting a different gift."
"Alright." Seokjin smiled. "Take care of the shop!"

Seokjin finally reached the gates of the Summit. The bell chimed, it signalled the start of the ceremony. This building was new, it towered towards the large rainbow clouds. Seokjin only knew he was in the right place because of the Gods that had been flying in this direction. He was no longer surrounded by humans but by Gods, who were all in their divine form, golden light covering their skin. It had been a while since he had broken free from his human shell. Looking at his reflection on the crystal panels, he finally saw his divine body again. He had to stretch his arms a little, he hadn't realised how restricted he had been. As Seokjin rushed inside, he found himself face to face with the very one he wanted to avoid.
