Prologue

A small girl walked around the park and spotted the person she has been roaming the park for . He was in good usual suit and sitting in the bench next to their usual. She ran towards him.
"Papa" called out her
"Shivi" said him
"The great Shivaay Singh Oberoi still in good suits to meet a little girl" said Shivi
"Yes Princess" he said

They enjoyed all their moments but he didn't have any idea he would reach one of his Most heartbreaking moment . He felt the pain like losing Annika again . He ran and opened a door.

"Shivi" he said opening the door panting
"Papa , Mumma I told you he will come" said Shivi
"Annika what happened" shed Shivaay
"Shivi has......"

He felt his world breaking into pieces , he sat of his lawn bench . He regretted a lot in his life . He cried thinking why did God punish Shivi for his sins .

"Shivaay why are you crying" asked a woman
"Leave me alone Ragini" said Shivaay
"I'm your fiance" said Ragini
"Just because......"

The not much detailed summary of You Are My Heart

Shivaay and Annika meet at an event which she organizes and end up hating each other. They wish to not meet each other again but fate brings them together again at an event at a college where Shivaay is the guest and Annika is the planner. They meet again at the mountain road and have a cat fight. The matriarchs of Both families decide to marry off Annika to Shivaay , they emotionally blackmail their grandchildren.

The marriage was between to people who hate each other. After a lot of fights they realise that it is better to be friends than enemies. They became good friends . One day Annika find Shivaay's girlfriend at the doorstep. Annika and Shivaay creates an understanding. Annika meets her Friend Daksh . Both of them were jealous.

Dadi notices the distance between the couple. Dadi tells them to go through artificially impregnation. They made a plan so she doesn't get pregnant. Annika feels like a third wheel between Shivaay and Tia . She decides to leave him by giving divorce. She leaves him.

Shivaay gets to know that Tia is betraying him. His world crashes when he knows Annika left him. Annika find herself Pregnant and raise her baby girl  Shivani without Shivaay. Shivaay becomes a heartbroken lover and Annika becomes a single mother. Her Friend Shreya asks Daksh helps her.

Once during an event , she thinks of visiting a Temple. She loses consciousness near Shivaay and he takes her home. They have romantic moments. Shivaay doesn't let Annika leave , he didn't want to let go of her. Annika runs away with the help of her sister , Gauri . She gets pregnant with Shivaay's baby again . She gives birth to a Baby girl , Shivika
