A small girl walked around the park and spotted the person she has been roaming the park for . He was in good usual suit and sitting in the bench next to their usual. She ran towards him.
"Papa" called out her
"Shivi" said hi...
"Yes" asked Annika turning towards Shivaay "I would need some time to pay most probably, I texted my assistant to bring the check but It would surely take some time, would it be an issue?" Asked Shivaay and Annika stared at him blankly.
"There is so no need for you to pay, I'll pay for it, I've been paying for all her expenses her whole life and I would keep on doing it so you need not worry, I'll do it" said Annika and Shivaay was confused of what's happening
"Shivika is my daughter too and I have the same right as you so I am also accountable for paying for her expenses, like you said you have paying for expenses her whole life so I'll pay from no one so it would be right , I've never did for her so I can start from this" said Shivaay, he could not let her pay
"No, this is what I have been doing and I will continue doing it , don't you dare pay for her expenses and I'll tell you, if you even think of doing it I'll do things which you won't be happy with" said Annika with a murderous look
Shivaay didn't want to fight with Annika so he walked away from the conversation , He want to be there for his kids and he knows that going against Annika might result in her taking his kids away from him and she is pretty good at running away.
"Why are you like this Annika once in a while you could Let your who aside and focus on our Daughter , her life" whispered Shivaay to himself in distress.
He discarded all those thoughts and walked towards Shivi's room. He entertained her while Annika was outside

"So you are telling me that you said that you'll will take care of all the expenses of Shivi, You didn't accept his help" asked Shreya with a doubtful look and started at Annika "Yes I didn't accept help from him because I can't accept help from him" said Annika
"You are the same person who literally had a mental breakdown because you didn't have an idea from where would you bring money for the surgery, Shivaay was ready to do something and help in that matter which should have been a good thing for you" Said Shreya in an confused manner
"So in a nutshell you are not ready accept help from him on a matter you are struggling just because of the fact your ego is too big to accept help from him" said Shreya and Annika rolled her eyes "I just want to do things for my daughter like I've always did, is it to much to ask for" asked Shreya
"It isn't too much to ask for but when you can't and when some one decides to help you, you should have atleast give it a thought before threatening him , if you've given it a thought you would have realised that's not a bad thing" said Shreya and Annika sighed
"What's happening over here and why are the two beautiful ladies Infront of me fighting" asked Daksh
"You know, highness Annika over here is struggling to get money for the surgery and literally ranted to me about how clueless she is from where she would get the money from , she forbid me from helping too , Highness over here has gone crazy" said Shreya and Annika rolled her eyes
"Why Annika? You could have just asked me and I would have done it" said Daksh with a questioning look
"It's not complete, Highness over here did more craziness , the doctor had asked her to pay the money as soon as possible to be could complete the surgery, Shivaay told her that he would pay, he is Shivi's father and he has the responsibility to do that but Highness over here threatened him not to pay" said Shreya with a sprinkle of sarcasm
"I just don't want him to pay that it" said Annika and Shreya shot a murderous Look "Don't worry Annika , I'll pay for it so take a chill pill" said Daksh coming to the rescue
"There is no need Daksh I'll do something, you've done more than enough for me and I can't ever repay for what all you did for me" said Annika
"No! I'll pay for it, Shivi is my buddy and it's the least I could do for her , So I'll pay for her" said Daksh
"But-" said Annika "No if's and but's, I'll do it" said Daksh and Shreya gave her a look which told her to tell yes or they would kill her "Ok, but I'll pay you back" said Annika "Whatever which would give you sanity" said Daksh and Shreya chuckled

Annika and Daksh went to the counter to pay the money , Annika was still not ready to accept help but Daksh was stubborn too.
"So Shivika, Her surgery money is already paid" said The lady behind the counter
"What? Who paid?" Asked Annika
"A guy with grey eyes came a few minutes ago and paid , Yeah! The payment is under Oberoi group of companies" said the Lady
"Shivaay" whispered Annika.......

Author's note I can wait for the upcoming chapters, it's going to be great. I might put this on hold for a week or two , I have exams. Already I have school...
